does he like me or does he not like me & tryin to be nice also this was on aim & he said it was ok i told him on aim. he also told me other stuff & put a heart in the middle of our convo...
so do you think he likes me or not...?

he told me things that he probably wouldnt say to me unless i had told him & im not gonna tell u guys what he said cuz its kinda private & i told him last night. he was being truthful too so..... what do i do know

I don't know I would never say, "aw that's sweet." unless I was trying to be nice to someone that I didn't really like. I mean I have put hearts in my convo with people but it does not mean I love them....I would just do it to show affection....He may just think of you as a friend and not want to hurt your feelings because he does care for you but not that way.

I think he just likes the attention,and will go for a ride with this,but that he really doesn't feel the same way... Be careful ,because i think if he really felt the same way,he would have responded differently and would have not had any reason to not say he felt the same. I think hes just enjoying the attention... not fair to you. Sounds liek he also doesn't know how to be upfront. Since he cannot be blunt or upfront enough,you will have to take that extra step and say, look do you feel the same way or not ? Of course he already likes the attention/flattery you dont even have to ask if he does...that's obvious. Also, if any guy i "liked" talked to me like that i would take that as a put down. being cute isn't good enough. I would forget about him, even if things go further,...later on when it all ends,you may wish you never went out with him. don't forget i told you so... Don't waist your time,even if he says he likes you back. hes already ruinded it by what he said the first time....

Not really. You told him on a public forum that you like him. I suspect his response and the heart he drew you were designed to respect you and not an expression of his feelings.If you want to know for sure, then ask him bluntly if his answers mean that he feels for you as you do for him.He would have to give you an answer which will be much clearer for you and indicate where you stand.No matter what his answer is, you will know what your next move would be. I also think it sounds like he's not quite sure. Saying that it's sweet that you like him either means sweet as in awesome or sweet as in cute. Kind of depends on what he means, though. The heart just adds to the confusion. Best thing to do is just ask him to clarify. :)

Honestly, I don't think he likes you...he was probably just trying to be nice. No guy I know of would say "aw that's sweet" to a girl he liked...especially if the girl admitted it to the guy first.

No, he doesn't. No guy would say "ah that's sweet" if he was into you.
He would have taken the opportunity to say that his feelings are mutual, but he didn't.
If you girls really,really,really want to know if a guy likes you, just wait and he'll tell you.
Stop putting yourselves out there like desperate girls. That's why they take advantage of you & use you, then your feelings are hurt.

it sort of just depends what other stuff he said.
"aw that's sweet" doesn't necessarily sound like he likes you, but he definitly doesn't dislike you since he kept the conversation going. i would say that its important to have a similar conversation with him face to face, that way you can read his facial reaction.
remember, if he faces his body towards you while he's talking, then he's paying attention, and that's always a good sign. good luck! =]

but i think he might have some feelings for u since he put a heart and said thats sweet but he could just be faking it...
ask him out and u'll know if he really likes u

Not sure you can tell just with that little information. It sounds like something I would say, and if I were to say it, it wouldn't mean anything more than just that. He may or may not like you.

it all depends if he was alot older than you than he probably doesnt no affence. but if he is about the same age than maybe he is just trying to cover up because he likes you back and doesnt want to look bad
