Why Not??? If you're both mature enough to get married you do whatever you feel is right!
If you've been best friends then usually you should know each other pretty well by now so you can skip the dating ritual.

I married my best friend. We knew each other for 10 years and then we dated for like 7 months and then got married.I think if you two "love" each and are in love than yes you two could get married but we decided to date first and see how each other acted in a relationship with each other before we got married. Most people change when you are dating them because when you are friends you don't really care about them in that kind of way.But be sure you two love each other and all before getting married. The sex thing I don't believe that really matters if you truly love someone. That is just a bonus lol.Good luck.

If you get along good enough to be best friends then do you not get along good enough to be married? I would think your friend would have close to the same morals as you if close.
