Yes it is.

I mainly ask and answer jokey questions but the times that I've been feeling blue and ask a question I get some lovely heartfelt answers.
From some of my contacts I also get private e mails which have meant a great deal so I'll take this opportunity to say thank you to all those people! :-D

Yes it is. You can have a laugh or a moan or a rant -and you still get a full mail-box in the morning ! I've even had a Christmas Card from NZ from a Q/Aer

Some years ago ,someone I knew, was in prison. So, me,
'I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt' requested James Taylor and 'You've got a friend' to be played at a certain time on a certain day that I knew he'd be listening to Radio1.Unfortunately all the 'hard-knocks' heard it ,too and gave him a very hard time for being a wimp.!!

I have been on yahoo for a year and so glad I popped into RTV as I have made some great friends and never had such a full mail box lol
Everyone has different qualities and we have enough of life experience to all help one another at some point which is nice.

Ah, in general I agree with you. But there are some folks who make me feel worse than before I asked the question. But they are the minority. Most of the folks are smart, funny, and nice. Yahoo Answers has been very helpful for me. It has answered a lot of questions I never thought would get answered.

It is bex..........and I for one really appreciate my friends on yahoo which are mostly all my contacts. It doesn't matter that you don't actually know them 'personally' I mean for all I know behind your Avatar you could have 2 Heads and Cloven Hoofs but so what......like the others you make me laugh, we all have a laugh and when anyone of us is down we cheer each other up.

it is really lovely. i know none of us have never met, but we know know each others likes and dislikes. sometimes when i read a Q asking for opinions i know straight away what different peoples answers are going to be. also when you write something personal on here people are so supportive and give you strength and a boost and that gives you a confidence lift. i actually worry about people when they are not around for a few days!! it is more about your contacts than the Qs for me when i come on here.!
