my boyfriend of 3 yrs recently dumped me. he is threatened by my independence. he feels emasculated and disrespected by my other male friends and independent life of him. he is 37 and im 25.


im sooo in love with him and love him to death. i would do anything to get him back. its been 15 days since we last spoke to eachother. im deathly afraid of making a wrong move.

he is a reasonable man, not totally chauvaunistic. im also willing to compromise, but now what is the next step? do i call him? or respect his definitive decision?




if i call him, i dont want him to think that i cant respect his decision or appear "clingy or desperate".
if i dont call him, i dont want him to think i no longer want to be with him or am with someone else


please help me.

I have recently moved in with my significant other, and I have in no way shape or form acted or hinted that I would or have EVER cheated on him. His EX was all the bad, went out all the time, never made him dinner, and possibly cheated on him.. He has suggested a break, to see how we "feel" about each other after being apart for a while..I have ALWAYS Understood that when a guy tells you this, it's basically OVER..He says he loves me and wants to see if he'll miss me??..I'm confused...Or perhaps in denial..But he has given me the impression that he DOES miss me all the time, and that I'm all he thinks about...What could REALLY be the reason for his "Lets Take a Break" thing?? Please Help :(

I have been in a relatively long-distance relationship for the past 5 months. My girlfriend basically lives in my house when she is not at home (otherwise she lives with her dad). She is 23 and I am 21. My problem is that I find it hard to decide on the best place to break up. I can't call her and make a surprise meeting because when we're together it's for about a week, and then I drive her all the way home.

My first inclination is to break up with her in the car when I drop her off. It seems like a neutral place where no one can hear us or notice the drama. However, I am also unsure as to what to say. Trouble is, she is wildly falling for me and, though I like her in some ways, I don't have that kind of connection.

Do I say something like, "I want to talk. Lately I've been feeling as though I don't have the same connection with you, to the point that I don't want to be in this relationship anymore."? Any advice welcome.

ok everytime i try to make a relationship she not there and if i try to forget her she calls me after waiting 6 months or so and it is confusing me and pissing me off all at the same time i cant understand what is in her head and i dont like being upset all the time first off she gave me up for a man drunk and they both was drunks and she kept 4 kids and gave up 2 and now all i feel i want is to forget her but it is hard when she keeps popping up all the time and pissing me off. there was not long ago when she was leaving she was laughing and then made a comment ill call ya if i rember that not nice to say to a daughter you gave up and my question is what should i do how should i get rid of this lady i dont even want to know any longer. and will it upset me to stop completly by ending it.

we're both freshemen. and i know upperclassemen LOATHE freshmen sluts. she hits on EVERYBODY!!!!!! i mean, she was hitting on a senior yesterday. and he was mocking her by flirting back(i heard him talking to him friends later). and she takes it as a compliment. and im HOENSTLY worried abot her ending up pregnant. someone is gonna take advantage of her and shes gonna be flattered and she'll just go with it. i;ve told her SO many times to stop, but nothing penetrates her thick skull.

ok, well, heres the thing. Today in class me and some of my friends, are the ONLY girls that sit in the back in the room, ok? And most in the back are guys. Well, when we were just sitting down. And all of the sudden the guys busted out laughing. We looked over there to see what it was, but we stayed in our seats, and then we started laughing a little bit. And the guys were kicking it around th e room, but the teacher didnt see them kicking it around the room, and then they kicked it at our table, and the teacher saw it and we were laughing, I mean the WHOLE class was laughing, and the teacher told me and and 2 of my friends to go outside the room, caues she needed to talk to us, and then she blamed it on us. We arent even on our periods!!!! She didnt have any right to blame it on us. and the guys kicked it around te room. so what could I do, and what should I do. Cause shes gonna tell us our PUNISHMENT tomorrow. If she punishes us. And we didnt even mess with the pad.

.She isnt afraid to touch me she sometimes touches or rubs agiasnt my arm
. Makes frequent eye contact "the eye contact were you feel like she is waiting for something"
. Sometimes says whats up but she generaly ignores me
. Seems nervous around me I was helping her with something once and she berly spoke a word
. She has tried to partner up with me before in science

It may seem obvious but she ignores me and doesnt really make an effort to get to know me. We have know each other for about a year but where not at the friends level.
I would talk to her but i just get so nervous i cant talk to her. oh ya were 18 shes 3 months older but i dont think she knows that

my longtime boyfriends(9yrs) brother called him and asked him to drive him to a girls house that his brother likes and he said he would then i waited about 3 hrs and called him and asked him where he was cause i thought he was dropping him off there and when i called him he didnt answer untill 10 mins later and said they were playing cards. so i was like okayyyyy and about 2 hrs later i called him again and he says the car is broke down and they are waiting for someone to help them. his brother is one of those people that will have sex with anything that walks..lol but should i belive him or not was he really playing cards with someone he doesnt know with his brother or am i just a worry wart?

I have been dating this guy for about 5 months now, he moved in within the first month dating, because "he had no where else to go". Things were fine, until I found out he lied to me about pretty much everything, just so he would get me to date him. He put on this front of who he really was so I would date him. We some what worked passed this, and I became close with his best friend. His best friend and I have been talking on and off and innocently flirted. My boyfriend and his best friend are no longer friends over something that happened between them. Now I have confessed everything to my boyfriend, but I just feel like something is still missing between us. I love my boyfriend, I just question everything he says because I think it is a lie. I also am afraid I am "settling" for this guy, when I don't know if he could ever provide me with the kind of lifestyle I like and need. I have never been married, we both have 1 child each, no children together.

In September i went to a soccer field notnoticing he was there with his team. He kept looking at me during practice. In the hallway he was with his friend behind me and i was with mine then started singing, i looked at him and he looked straight at me.I always would see him in the hallways because that would be the only time i see him throughout the day. He would look at me sometimes and others(lately try not to but trying to walk a little closer to me? And lately he has just been ignoring me(shy?) Last year he was in most of my classes and when he made a joke publicly he would always look at me and ignore everyone else. Then my friend heard him talking to his friend and said that i'm cute. I asked my guy friend and (sort of friends with him) he asked him if he liked me, he replied no(shy perhaps since only one of his friends knew what he said about me? And nobody was there when he asked) Did he really mean no? Or was he just shy and didn't know what to say around somebody he isn't very close with?

My husband and I started out having problems and then my ex-boyfriend an I started talking (email and phone, never in person) as friends. I think my feelings have come back for the ex and he tells me that he still loves me. He is also married. I truely, truely love my husband. I can't tell him about this because i don't want to run the chance of losing him. I have not physically cheated but I am so stressed. My husband and I have kind of worked our problems out now. I feel like too much rejection is messing me up. Consider the following...I've never actually broken up with my exes. Pretty much i've been dumped everytime. I am a college sophomore dude who usually does work at the library on weekends. Last night I decided to go to one of dance parties because I've been keeping my eyes on this girl with a smoking hot body. i got there quite early, and I spotted her dancing with two other girls, one of them being her sister. I went up to the girl of my interest. She was kinda hesitant at first, but she started dancing with me and we chatted for about a minute. Then her sister dragged her away.
