I am a college sophomore dude who usually does work at the library on weekends. Last night I decided to go to one of dance parties because I've been keeping my eyes on this girl with a smoking hot body. i got there quite early, and I spotted her dancing with two other girls, one of them being her sister. I went up to the girl of my interest. She was kinda hesitant at first, but she started dancing with me and we chatted for about a minute. Then her sister dragged her away. The girl said, "i'll be right back" but i assumed she didn't wanna dance with me. I started dancing with other chicks and pretended that i didn't want to dance with her again. She and her sister watched me the whole time, but I didn't even give her a look. The girl gave me an angry look when i danced with some freaky girl. But I had no choice. The sister was ready 2 cockblock me the whole time. couldnt tell if the girl of my interest actually had some interest in me or if she used her sister cuz she wasnt into me.

You weren't cockblocked. The sister dragged her away so they could talk about you. Then you proceeded to dance with other chicks and pretend not to be interested. Now they think you're some sleazebag player who was only interested in rubbing up against her smoking hot body.
Your only hope is to approach her sometime in a private, normal setting and have a conversation with her. Next time you see her, at the library or between classes or something, invite her out for coffee. Talk to her, get to know her, and for God's sake, when you're with her, pretend you don't notice her body!

I agree with tmfbitu - this wasn't actually a cockblock. Having someone you're interested in distracted by others or unfortunate circumstances is not being cockblocked, just unlucky. It only becomes a cockblock if sexual activity seemed imminent, as in you could see unmistakable signs she wanted you. If you were walking out together to go somewhere more private when her sister interjected, then it would be a classic cockblock.
As to how to stop this happening again in future, stop playing head games and pretending not to be interested. Just come right out and ask. I know that's hard in a public setting if you're shy, but playing games is certainly not the answer.

hard to say.. sounds liek she asked her sister to save her if any guys she wasnt interested in dancing with started dancing with her. Although she may have done it to make u want her more.. which seems like it worked a bit..but im on the fence.. play it cool and next time try to talk to her when there isnt many other people around. that way u 2 can get to know one another and no one will cockblcok u.

Angry eyes because you ignored her, after she cleared her sister.
You should have tried again before you gave up..
Wait a while before approaching her in a different setting....
Also your coming off as a bit full of yourself....

when the girl gave u angry looks what it means she was interested in u are u so naive to understand that if she didn't care why would she bother to give u angry looks
