Tell him to leave you alone. After that if he still bothers you its called stalking. You dont say how old you are. If your in school you need to tell the authorities at school. You can also get a restraining order on him.

Don't make an enemy out of this person. Believe me, thoughts of love can change to hate in a heartbeat and there could be big trouble with him in the future if you belittle or humiliate him. Just be kind, if its in your heart, and let him know that your not interested every time you see him. I'm sure its creepy to you to have someone you consider a "big loser" hitting on you, but think how you would feel if someone you had a crush on said something to you that embarrassed you. Especially if it was said in front of lots of other people. But if it gets to be constant and overwhelming then you need to talk to someone (family, teacher, principle, friends ) about this problem because there are times when a person just doesnt know when to back off and definitely needs to be talked to.
