I have been in a relatively long-distance relationship for the past 5 months. My girlfriend basically lives in my house when she is not at home (otherwise she lives with her dad). She is 23 and I am 21. My problem is that I find it hard to decide on the best place to break up. I can't call her and make a surprise meeting because when we're together it's for about a week, and then I drive her all the way home.

My first inclination is to break up with her in the car when I drop her off. It seems like a neutral place where no one can hear us or notice the drama. However, I am also unsure as to what to say. Trouble is, she is wildly falling for me and, though I like her in some ways, I don't have that kind of connection.

Do I say something like, "I want to talk. Lately I've been feeling as though I don't have the same connection with you, to the point that I don't want to be in this relationship anymore."? Any advice welcome.

You will find the right words and long as you treat her with kindness and respect, this is someone who cares for you a great deal and will probably take it hard, be sure to tell her you have enjoyed the time you have spent with her and be sure to wish her well. Good luck.

You need to just be very, very honest. No "I need some space" gimmicks, because she is going to be crushed. She obviously thinks the relationship is more than it is.

I wouldn't do it in the car, and I wouldn't do it at your house.

I would talk to her at a park somewhere near her dad's house. That way you guys won't have to sit through any uncomfortable silence on the way home from somewhere.

But just be up front.

I honestly have in no way heard of an age decrease on procuring condoms. Worst they could inform you is not any. it truly is unlike they'll take you to penitentiary. yet when you're fairly embarrased you could wrap your pecker with tin foil and as long as you do not bust by you would possibly want to be secure adverse to each and everything, except reducing your pecker off if the tin foil breaks. in simple terms kidding, I had a pal that ought to apply saran wrap. He in no way were given a lady pregnant, i do not understand if it secure him from ailments although. i ought to apply it until eventually it change into my very last option.

Good choice of words, but be ready for some tears, and a reaction from her. Don't argue, just say that it's over, and wish her the best, then hastily leave.

I couldn't have put it better myself. Rather be honest with you and her than be unhappy.
