My husband and I always go on a vacation at Christmas. Two years ago, we spent a week in Florida (last year was a week in Hawaii). This year, I thought we'd go visit my grandma and then spend the rest of the week in Florida. A few months ago, some friends said they were going to Argentina and asked if we wanted to go with, but I kind of shrugged it off. Now, my husband says he really wants to go, but I do not. He has an answer for every obstacle, besides the one that I just don't want to go (can't afford it: his mom will pay for our tickets, etc.). He says he just doesn't want to spend any more time in Florida. What's the best solution?

I think he lives with her. I feel so very sad even though he took me for some money and the works. But now, even so, I hate hateful and bad endings. I was happy for the time we had and just hurt a lot. I know I should hate him but I cannot. I really don't know what to do or how to explain this. Does anyone get it?

My soon to be husband is a firefighter, so the theme of the groom's cake is firefighting. I found a bride figurine that is reaching up, as if she is trying to reach out for a hand. I need to find a firefighter figurine that is reaching down holding out a hand. I've tried to google different things, but no good search results. Any one know where I can get a kneeling firefighter holding out his hand, or any ideas about what to type into google to find a good website. Thanks!

It is our 1st year of being married, and she is overseas at this moment. She is in the Air Force, and stationed in Qatar until next March. I don't know what to get her. I want to get something that is romantic, and shows how much I miss and love her. Any suggestions?

Because I caught my cousin and my archenemy gossiping about me...(don't ask how I caught him, just lets say that he was saying some personal stuff about me and he KNOWS that the archenemy tried to kill me 11 years ago)

I plan on being real cool with my cousin, but I am not inviting him to my wedding (which, btw, he is REALLY looking forward to)

I cannot tell him how i feel or talk to him, because his wife is a BULLDOG and won't let me within 5 feet of him, but this is the only way I can get him back.

there is this girl i kind of like, but she had a bad expierence with this guy, he broke up with her twice, told her he wsa cheating and everything, a week later he called her sayin he loves he and wants her back and wont cheat, he sent flowers and told her to call if he still had a chance, she did, then he went to her restaurant were she works with another girl, she broke down and left work. then he called her all kinds of dirty stuff over the phone like dirty c unt wh ore, etc. then he came back asking for another chance, she said its damaged, but he said let him fix it, she said ok. she said she shouldnt love someone like him, what does this meen? after saying she would let him fix things, he never callled back, what do you think will happen? when he broke up with her the first time she said she would never talk to him againIF SHE COULD HELP IT. wtf?!

my 13 year old was a loner, bit of a nerd, always getting bullied, until he hit high school, now he is hanging around the wrong crowd, sneaking out at night, smoking, getting in trouble with law, lying, wagging school. He is still a great kid on his own, but around his new friends hes a horror! I don't believe in violence, so I have never smacked him in his life, instead as punishment, I usually take things off him, ground him, or send him to his dads for the weekend which he hates as his dad is so strict. but all of that is no longer working. We sit and compromise a lot, I try to be fair by remembering the things I did as a teenager. He admits he is a follower and will be so he doesnt get picked on any more, so he is COOL....... Im scared he will end up a no hoper. He was a gifted child, but now doesnt even care about not getting good marks at school cos " only nerds do that ". I dont yell and scream, I have been told I am too soft, advice from other teenage boys would be good.

Well here it goes my girl broke up wit me, just left one day, we were living together. I didnt hear from her for 2 days and then she calls me and says that we cant b together. Well about a week later she shows up at my house and she is crying, saying how much she loves me and that she is sorry. so we end up doin the due and the next day she is gone again. I talked to her sister and she said that she really didnt want that. So I left it alone again. well then she calls me yesterday beggin to see me for jus 5 mins and I told her no and she aint worth my time. She was also sayin that she doesnt want to get back but she jus need to clear her chest and needs to see me in person so she can look in my eyes. My question is, what is this girls intentions. I dont understand it. O yea and she called me today jus to ask a stupid *** question. I jus hung up on her. Someone help me out wit this ****.

ok. so i have a boy friend and he is 3 years older than me. BUT he really likes me. (and dont give me that he is just using you crap. i am getting it enough.) And he wont hold my hand or put his arm around my waist or anything. we havent been going out that long, 10 days. heres my story
i met this guy on the internet, i moved and we ended up going to the same highschool. we ended up being best friends and secretley had a crush on eachother, which wasnt good because he couldnt date because of his religion (muslim) and i was christian. so everyone found out. i went through hell with his mom. his dad was really nice to me tho.well,long story short. i moved in with him and his family.a year went by. his mom made an arranged marriage for him to break us up. b/ of it he wanted to get our own appartment( still in school) i told him no. so then we figured the only way his mom would let us stay together was if i got pregnant.

its not really crazy, but im a goody goody so. . ..

my dad's new wife has him completely whipped. lately, his wife darcy's daughter callie has been trying her hardest to make my life as miserable as possible, and my dad's tried to stop it, but darcy won't admit her daughter is doing anything, and just blames it on me and claims i'm lying through my teeth. dad doesn't like callie too much, but he always goes on darcy's side and punishes me for stuff i've never even done, because darcy controls him. i've tried talking to him, and whenever she's not around he'll admit she treats him like crap, but he won't stick up for himself or me. does anyone have any ideas of suggestions?

Hi Ammas I am a 27 year old woman. I was married three years ago and I have a 5 month old daughter. My marriage is on rocks so please advice and help me. I lost my father during my graduation. My mother and I faced many hardships after that – money problems and pressure from relatives. With gods grace and my mothers blessings I completed my PG. I have a brother who is 2 years elder to me. He was not gud at studies and was still graduating and doing a small job when my dad left us. After my dad passed away he left his job and was idle for 5 years. Those five years he tortured my mother and me. He thought he is the master of the family and we shud listen to him and act accordingly. He would use bad language whenever there is an argument. He had problem with my PG becoz it involved lot of money – hefty fees, hostel expenses etc. He wanted a/c for each penny my mom spent. He used to just loiter around, hangout with friends and do some networking courses. Me and my bro had heated arguments often and my mom used to suffer a lot of emotional pain. After my PG I got married and got a good job. First year was marvelous. We had lot of love for each other and enjoyed life though there were tiny disputes. In the second year my bro and mother came to stay with us becoz my brother was looking for a job in our city and they were financially weak. I used to help them financially and my husband never complained. Looking at my lazy brother my husband started behaving like him. He stopped helping me in daily chores. My bro used to make a mess at home leaving things here and there. If I said anything he wud blow up the issue. He wud say the food isn’t tasty, why don’t you cook more items? Why this curry today? etc etc. We had arguments every other day. I used to tell him that I will manage my home in my own way. I used to tell my husband be on my side in these arguments. Explain my brother not to hurt me with words and warn him but he always kept quiet and never interrupted us. Since I didn’t have my husbands support there was no one to stop my brother. I used to cry a lot and suffered lot of emotional pain. My relationship with my husband was getting affected due to this. We used to argue over in-laws or on when to have kids. Since I was already upset becoz of my bro I used to shout on my husband. I never fought with him unnecessarily or without a reason. My husband used to be cool and never lost his temper. My husband lost his job. He blamed me for losing it. He says he cud not work efficiently becoz of our fights. Third year me and my husband moved to another city. We both have good jobs now but things have changed a lot and are becoming worse day by day. All hell broke loose on me since the day we shifted here. I got pregnant. My husband was not prepared for a child. He was not very happy but agreed for a child becoz I was desperate. We bought a 3BHK flat on loans since we both were earning. Now our incomes are just enough to run the household. There are no savings at all. There is no money for fun or enjoyment. My husband has changed a lot. He never took care of me when I was pregnant. He stopped giving me his salary for maintaining the house. Two thirds of his salary goes away for the home loan EMI. Rest he hides. I have to tell him what I did with my money. I have to show him my bank statements. He has stopped helping. He has become very insensitive. He is just not bothered abt anything. I have to do everything - buying grocery & fruits, shopping for the kid, paying all bills, buying home furniture etc etc. He just gets up in the morning , has his breakfast and goes to office. Comes back watches tv and eats dinner and sleep. Max he will take me to the nearby grocery store. He will be in the car while I go shop everything. I manage both work and home. He does not even play with my daughter. He wanted a son so he is indifferent towards my child. Even my in laws wanted a grandson. My MIL has no problem but my FIL does not love my child. All of these people are well educated but they still have this gender bias. My husband has stopped talking to me. He will open his mouth only to blame me for something or to tell me a work. He does not love me at all. Post my delivery I have developed back ache. I keep crying of pain but he stays cold. He will hold my child for 10 mins after coming home and just does some time pass. Later he sticks to his tv. I take care of the child and cook dinner side by side. If I tell him to do anything he will either forget or he is busy. He will call his relatives & talk to them (complaints abt me) often OR he will buy air tickets on net for his brothers family but he has no time for us. Of late when we argue he has started beating me and using foul language. He says if you are not happy leave me and go. I have no clue why he has changed drastically. He says u have made me like this. I am very sad & depressed. I get up at 5 take care of my daughters needs, cook & and go to office. I come back at 7 cook again and play a while with my child. I am always tired becoz of the huge task list and stress. I am fed up of my life now. I don’t want to divorce him. I don’t have my family support. My bro is useless and my mother cannot help me. She has come to know of the changed behaviour of my husband and she pities me. I don’t want the social stigma of being a divorcee. I had a wonderful father and I don’t want my child to feel fatherless. My in laws know everything but they never blame their son. When ever I tell my problem to them they ask me to adjust and compromise. They don’t say a word to their son. I have a good MIL who understands me but my husband does not listen to anybody in this world. I have tried everything. I have spoken, requested, cajoled him. Nothing worked. I have even tried ignoring him & not talking to him but he irritates me for something or the other and the fight begins. Or he will start with a reason. I want to improve my relationship with my husband. Please help
