No, never. If I didn't love that person, I would say things like: I like you. It takes a lot of time for me to fall in love with someone :) It takes a lot of time for me to actually say it to somebody.. I have only said it to one guy in my whole life.. And only after we were dating for 6 months :) But I'm glad I waited for so long.. At least I truly loved him when I said it :) Yes, people have said it to me. Without meaning it? Probably, just to try and flirt with me. But I don't trap into that :) Some people say it too easily and I really get suspicious when they do.. People shouldn't just say it. It's never good to play with someones feelings..

Love is a very over used word and the thing is this. It's impossible to love someone the same way as they love you, because it's a different person your loving. An example being, you may have a great sense of humor and I may do a lot of the "little things".

Then there is the pressure to say it
Then there are outright lies.

NO NEVER - I have enough difficulty saying it when I do mean it..
AFTER 20 HOURS - Don't thumb me down for being honest and taking those words very serious - Some can use them with no thought I cannot because if I say it I REALLY HAVE TO MEAN IT

No!!!!!!!!! I've never said I love you to any of my boyfriends! I had this one bf that said that he loved me and I just said that I need time to feel that way about him and he understood! If you are thinking about doing that then just remember that you aren't only hurting yourself but you're hurting your relationship and the person you're with!
