You could make it so that each type of card relates to a different color (i.e. Toys are red, Food is blue, etc), and once you collect one of each color, you win; and then, you have to do the entire combination of the winner's cards.

Here's an idea that is used by those into (light?) bondage, etc: One person has to submit to the other for 5 minutes (maybe longer?). The person in control can do ANYTHING sexually he or she wants to the other person. (Have a "safe word" that the submissive person can say to signal that they've had enough).
