my dad gives my mom $ for child support but i have a few questions
1. what exactly is child support for?
2. if my brother lives with my dad now and i live with my mom how come my dad still has to pay when my dad doesnt?
even thouhgt my mom gets child support EVERY WEEK she always says that "she doesnt have the money" when ever i ask her for something. i dont eat alot of food and she doesnt buy me anything my theroy is that shes using the child support money for bills but is that what its for? should i tell my dad?
most of the time she makes me use MY money to buy clothes and lunch money and im only 14 and im starting to run out of $

help please im so confused! what should i do?

im gonna be looking for employmentand my hubby goes " you aint gonna go look for a job" and im like " yes i am, because i have a car payment and im not trying to be broke". so he was like " i dont know why you went to go buy $200 worth of clothes you not gonna wear", it makes me mad because he doesnt have alot of faith in me, but he wants me to help him out? i dont get it. why would he say something like that? like he either wants me help him, but then he doesnt i dont know. what do you think he is saying or what does he mean?

me and my kids father has been through alot together he was my first sexually partner we have two kids together but every since we start having kids he has been to jail the first time he did 18 months an di was their but as soon as he got out we broke up he stay out for 4 months and went back now he is doing 2 years we are together again but lately i haven't had the energy to play childish games but it seems to me he cant stop playing games he about 8 years older then me and i fiqured he would be different from younger boys he's unfaithful and a liarwhat should i do

called me at 1 am to bring him his wallet that he forgot. Although I was not happy about it, I got up and drove to his workplace(in my nightgown) to bring it to him. When I got there, he realized he also forgot his insulin and had to go home anyway to get it. He followed me out of the parking lot and he stopped to get coffee while I continued on home. I was pulled over by a sheriff for having a brake light out, and lo and behold, when my husband finally came by, he drove right past me and didn't even stop to see what was going on! He claims he panicked because he knew I was pissed anyway for having to be out at 1am and I would blame him for getting stopped. Duh! Grounds for divorce???

He moved out last saturday, we argue much and we've only been together for year and a half. He was lying to me about stupid ****, but in a scary way...like...he would run off a story off the top of his head and he sounds very convincing, until I find out he lied to me later on. I do love him and I feel sick thinking about him not being around me. I just talked to him for the first time in a week and he said that I was always hounding him and never let him live his life, all he wanted was for me to live my life, and him live his life and then live "our" life. I want that to but I thought if your in a relationship, your apart of each others lives, especially when you live with someone. I do love him and I know he loves me, he wants to settle down with me. He told me the other day, he has fancied me since i first met him (he had a gf at the time, she hated me because she thought there was something going on between us, there wasnt though, im not like that at all) and he said he still fancies me now (he has a newish gf) he told me hes always liked me and wants to get really serious. I mean i do like him, but i dont know if i want to go out with him, he has a gf, and i dont think its fair on her that hes doing this. im having a birthday party and i told one of my friends what im planning and how its gonna be just my main friends and a halloeen paty and she is saying i should invite boys and she suggests all these boyys that i hate and then shes talking about loud music, haveing the party at skeland and all this different stuff and i just want a normal party at my house with my main friends.

Alright, i have been talking to this girl since the end of the summer, we used to go to high school together but didn't talk much. She is this wonderful girl from Slovakia, exceedingly smart, very beautiful smile, and a slight sexy European accent. Now to brag or anything i am not bad catch myself, lol Now its our first year of university and she is at the U of Ottawa, and i stayed at U of Toronto. We have chatting on msn for like 6 hours everyday till 3 in the morning. I have come to realize that she and i are very much alike, our tastes are similar etc. I was dating a couple of girls this past month but i just couldn't get her out of my head, and i think that she is the one i should be with, if anyone. So the problem is she is 300 km away, and i have never had such a long distance relationship or know how i could work. Plus i don't know if she likes me at the same level. She and i flirt on msn a lot. Plus she has a "coffee date" with some guy. Do i tell her how i feel?

Me and my boyfriend fiance has been seeing each other for 8 years, ok, he has an 8 year old daughter, I met everyone in his family almost, in passing, ok, but never his daughter, We plan to be married in a year, and the last time i brought up about me getting to know his daughter, He growled at me, and told me that his ex wife refuses for me to ever see his daughter, I was floored, i said Why? iam a good mom, And he said,s he said, She made it by her lawyer that if i do get married to him that she wants all custody rights, and for me never ever to see his daughter, Now he can visit her on certain occasions, but Iam not allowed to see her, Is this right? or am I just being too selfish? she doesnt even know that i exist, He never told her, I dont want to go against the law either, if this is how she wants it, then ok, so beat it, But i just think its so strange, and stupid, Soo how to get him to talk to me about it, he really does not want me to bring up this issue?

We frequently enjoy their company for 3 hours at dinner (their home, ours or at a restaurant.) We think that "familiarity breeds contempt." and that after too much togetherness we'd get fed up with eachother. We want to keep their friendship so we don't want to accept their invitation.

How do we refuse without offending them?

Should we tell them the truth about our too much togetherness philosophy, or make up an excuse?

to make my X come and get his kids for HIS weekend? He hasn't seen them since early July...lately I have been working 2 jobs, scouts, school and everything else I would like to have a weekend for myself but he refuses to come see them. He lives 4 hours away so its not likely I can just take them over there and leave them on his doorstep.

my parents are divorcing and i have already choosen to live with my mom but like she says nothing is changing and everything is, its like the world around me is just going to end, and its like i can't get through this. everything is changing, their fighting all the time, i can't have some friends come to a party because my mom doesn't want them to just because of dad, or she tells me stuff, and its like i want to hear but then after im sooo upset about it, shes getting mad at me way more often, and its just like my life is unfair, what should i do, im turning 12 in 2 weeks

I've been married now for 2 years. Fot the past year things have really gone down hill in a hurry. It all started when my wife got a total hysterectomy, she hasn't been the same since. Yes she takes replacement hormones but nothing seems too help her moodiness and insensetiveness. Its like she doesn't give a dam about me or anything else. and too be honest I'm sick and tired of it. if u know what i mean! Things that get on my nerves range fron not bathing too leaving things lying around on the floor for weeks. yes we have talked about all this many times! i dont even think she loves me anymore as I have too pull those words out of her. i'll call them 1, 2 & 3

1) he's in two of my classes, plays football, has had a crush on my since the beginning of the year. he always sits next to me & talks, and his best friend laughs cuz he's hitting on me. he's almost as tall as me (i'm 5'5") and wiry/muscular. tan skin, brown eyes, light brown hair, part asian (doesn't look very asian though)

2) is the best friend of guy #1. he's less handsome but still kinda hot. he's always staring at me and talking, not as much as guy #1. he doesn't do any sports but he's got a good bod, stylish, surfer-style hair, pretty eyes, and he's nice and smart. he's really funny, in two of my classes.

3) he's blonde and sporty, but has a little acne. he's preppy and friends with all the jocks, and he's never really talked to me but stares at me CONSTANTLY. i mean, it's almost stalker-ish. i like him though.
