the money is to help support you give u a place to live, food to eat, clothes. your mom prob. doesnt make much money and need to use some to pay the bills and stuff. you shouldnt have to use ur own money for lunch but maybe mom cant aford to give u money all the time. u may want to have a conversation with her to help u understand better. if u feel she isnt taking very good care of u u might want to think about living with ur dad

Child support is just what it says... it is to help your mom support you. When she pays the rent, or the electric bill, she is supporting you. However, if you live with mom and brother lives with dad, he shouldn't be paying for both of you. It ends up canceling each other out and neither one should pay anything to the other parent. It sounds like your mom is really struggling. I know it's hard to not get all the things a teenager wants but your mom probably feels just as bad not being able to provide them. Don't say anything to your dad, because he has no control over what your mom spends the support on and it will only causer trouble that none of you need. Good Luck.

Child support is just that, for supporting the child, and that includes, bills, food, rent and other things like that.

If your brother at one time lived with you and your mother your father probably paid more child support and when your brother moved to his house he probably got a reduction in payment and that's why your mother doesn't pay him.

Where does (your) money come from. and child support is for necessities, food, clothing and shelter. now a lot of that is bills in the form of heat , gas, lights, rent , etc, if it's not paid, you'd both be out on the street. Any more questions?

Child support is payed to give you food, accommodation, clothes and in general support your life. It is not your personal spending money.

Child support is used for whatever purpose your mother sees fit. If she wants to buy groceries or pay a bill or buy school clothes, it is solely up to her discretion. Sorry, its true, nothing you can do about it.
