i found flirty txt messages on my boyfriends phone to a girl saying 'send me some photos, when am i seeing u again fitty?'
I went mad cos i am hurt and upset, i know he has not cheated on me but i cant stop thinkin that he would have done if i didnt find the messages, he says it was harmless and he did it because i was spending more time with other people than him. i dont know what to do now, i dont think i could trust him again after this. will he do it again when this has been forgotten about? but just hide it better? i have started being bitchy with him cos of it, if i stay with him then i might carry on being a ***** and things are not gonna work.
i dont know what to do, any advise?

I am 44, DWM, she is 36 SWF, we have been dating for 5 months and our relationship is serious, we never argue, we never fight, and we do lots of things together. She respects my space and I respect her space, we really do get along famously. Now the problem, she recently spoke to her parents about me and they do not approve of her going out with me. I was married once before and have 3 childern, the oldest is 22, but they are all grown decent kids and out of the houseexcept for my daughter who lives with her mother and is 17.

Without her parents approval she doesnt want to go out anymore, what can I do or am I doomed??

To cut a long story short, I had a rich old relative (my great aunt) who died about 5 years ago - my father (her nephew) (who had power of attourney) I pressume wangled it so he kept all her money for himself. She had no other family & she was a millionaire.
There were however, three diamond rings which she said were meant to be given to my 2 sisters & me -one each (or to sell them & split the money equally.) It was her wish.
I have asked my parents many times about it, but have always been fobbed off with a non-answer. (your too young, we forgotten where we put them, etc - I'm 26 now)
One of my sisters has 3 kids, & I recently heard that my mother has promised the three rings to them. They were not hers to give & my deceased great aunt never even knew them.

I am going to confront my mother about it today & I just want peoples advice or opinions on what I should say or do.

My fiance and I just broke up over the phone because he's in New York and I'm at college in Oklahoma. It was so heartbreaking and we were on the phone for six hours talking about it. I was crying the whole time but I couldn't help it. I know he has been distant from me lately meaning he hasn't hardly called me and when I call him he says he's too busy and will call me back later which he never did. Tonight I just striaght up asked him did he still want to be with me and he said no and he was with someone else. I offered to forgive him for being with the other girl but he said no because he wanted to be with he since we were growing apart but I don't think so because I still love him and I told him that I couldn't picture myself with anyone else and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him but he just said he was sorry. I don't think I'll ever get over it and now I can't sleep and I have a class in four hours! What should I do?

I am still confused about this guy. You see I am from the city, New Orleans, and he is from the country in Mississippi. He is also a few years younger than me, but not a huge difference. I am not used to guys jumping in head first, but this one appears to have.

He tells me that I am his "Fairytale Princess", and that he hopes he knows how to keep me happy. Everything I say I like, or don't like, he remembers. It is like he is totally focused on me, but not in a stalking type way.

I would ordinarily run, but he is my type as far as looks go and he has a nice sense of humor, which is important to me.

Give me some clues, please!!! What should I expect that will be different from the normal city guy. Could he be for real?

Hi. I have a question. I got my ex gf a promise ring over the summer. I broke up with her a week into school and never had a chance to give it to her. Its been lying around in my room for the past 4 weeks and I am taking her on a platonic date to a play this weekend. Would it be weird if I gave it to her? I am from the country in Montana. I like country music and I like to wear western cloths like wranglers and cowboy boots. I married my new wife in February of this year. She now tells me that she doesn't like country music or anything country western and won't be seen with my in my cowboy boots or wranglers because it embarrases her. This has saddened me because this is my roots and my whole family dresses like this. They do not accept my new wife as it is and this has made it only worse. How do I get my new wife to accept me as I am? It has been very hard to pretend to be someone I'm not. So far I have had to change the way I dress, the foods I eat. I even started drinking chai tea just to please her even though I prefer black coffee. Please help me.

Please spare me the warnings about not being careful of stalkers and other evil people. I'm well aware of these risks and the potential consequences.

I subscribe to a personals site but am largely disappointed with the available pool (keep in mind I live in a smallish community). I've found some women I might be interested in by searching profiles that have indicated they are there for "dating and relationships". But I'm worried about coming off as creepy if I just send them a message. Can you give me some advice.

My friend and I are both married to new people now but about 6 years ago my ex dumped me and I was gutted. My friend was away for a few months so her boyfriend and I spent a lot of time together. We got very close and fell in love. He helped me through a difficult time but in the process he dumped my friend because he had fallen for me. Now everytime I see her she constantly goes on about her ex and how she never found out why he dumped her. I can't even be in the same room as her. I spoke to my husband about whether i should come clean and hope she will forgive me. He said i should just leave it as she shouldnt be going on about her ex all the time if she is married plus it was such a long time ago. Its eating me up and I can't sleep. I want to spend time away from my girl. I would like to spend a lot of time away but she's emotionaly unstable right now and would throw a tantrum. I asked for a week a way and even though she "let" me do it, she kept emailing and texting me even though I told her not to. She gets really emotional. When I met him, he was nice. After we dated, I realized that he did not treat me like I was used to being treated. I told him that I did not want to see him again, but he persisted. He is acting more like the person I thought he was now. He has become more respectful, and now says that he loves me. He says that I am different from the other women that he has been with, and he believes that I am the girl he will end up marrying.

I am not ready for the marriage part right now, but my question is this---Do guys sincerely change if they fall hard enough for a girl, or is this just an act? I just hate to waste my time, because I will kick him to the curb if he takes me for granted again.

I am a good woman that is not jumping into the sack with every Joe Blow. I take care of myself, and I always try to look especially nice when I am with a gentleman. I have a good job, and I am fairly well educated. Please tell me what you think about this situation.
