I have a great marriage and a beautiful daughter. I would never want to leave my husband or do things differently. However, every once in a while I think about a guy that I dated a long time ago and wonder what would have happened if I had ended up with him. We had a really good relationship and the timing was just off. I wonder about him and what his life is like. Yet, I have never attempted to contact him because I feel that this would be unfair to my husband. But, every once in a while it nags at me and I miss him. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and what I should do about it.

My parents are THE worst parents ever. It's bad. My friends even know me as "the girl who has the overprotective-fun-sucking-strict-parents that won't let her do anything". I hate it! I'm turning freaking 17 on October 21, and I JUST went to my first concert. I don't even have my license yet because they wanted me to drive with my permit for a YEAR. I'm old for my grade and everyone younger than me has their license and their own car already. My parents won't let me buy a car until next summer! It's not that we don't have enough money, it's that they don't think I need one because I THEY can just drive me places. Do you know how embarrassing and demeaning it is to have your parents STILL drive you places?! It's horrible! Sure my friends can drive me places, but I HATE mooching rides off of people. My dad is working all the time, and my mom is always studying in her room for college. My annoying, suck-up, momma's boy of a brother doesn't help either. How do I deal with them?! AHHHHHHHH.

why do you cheat if you have cheating on someone? and if you had someone cheat on you what have you done? i cought my husband cheated on me and try to get other girls to do more if you know what i mean. have you ever stayed with that person? i cant get over it and i think its so over, i just dont love him anymore. im scared and i never thought ever that my own husband would cheat. can you tell me what you guys have done? and tell me your storys? thank you

My mother in law is my minister and she is letting me have some say in what is said at the ceremony. I am looking for an alternative to "Who gives this woman away?". My dad has said that he refuses to "give me away". So what else can be said that somewhat implies that without actually saying it??

im complimented ALOT on like eyes(blue) and my hair(blonde) and everything and that im pretty and skinny and stuff but mostly by girls. i have alot of guy friends and everything but none that really hit on me(and if they do its mostly dorky guys). im really really friendly and nice and apparently pretty. why dont they like me?

I live in a small town where there is nothing but druggies and alcoholics and the only friends I do have want only to hang out with me if I have something they need or want. I don't drink or do drugs and I feel like I am in hell. Also my mom was the most wonderful mother in the world before SHE started to drink and do drugs and now she is really depressing me. I am scared that I will get a call saying she died. Do you think I should move? I don't want to see her like that because all my life she didn't do those things and now she does. BUT I am scared to move because when she's sad I am her only friend that'll keep her from suicide. What do I do? I want to do what is best for me and my family???But I don't want to lose my mom.

There is a girl at work I used to be friends with but I withdrew myself because I found out that she has been using not only me but everyone who crosses her path. I had been avoiding for about a year now. Just speaking to her casually. I decided to go back to school this fall. Lo and behold! there she was in my class. Any how, we decided to talk because there is a group presentation coming up. The required text was unavailable for about a week now. It came into the bookstore on friday. Now she and her friend want to photocopy my text ($66) and pay me ($30) so she would only pay ($15). Seems like a deal but I am just pissed because I saw it coming......I knew that as soon as I got close to her she was gonna start asking for favours. How do I handle this without causing a conflict? I just want to get through the semester without any tension.

Its been over a year and I cant let go of my ex bf and what he did to me. Even though he hurt me to a great extent...I showed a tough exterior and never asked him that I wanted him back, because he betrayed me. I always love to talk to my husband about my feelings and I want him to talk to me about his. But the other night we were talking about love. He told me that he thinks it is sweet that I love so hard, but he said most people love like that with their first love but after that they don't. I know about his first love. They were 16 and had a baby by the time they were 17. The relationship didn't last long after that. He says she cheated. I know her now and I really like her. They never got married, but he did marry someone else soon after they split. He was married 7 years and his wife cheated so they divorced. The thing is, I have been hurt in the past too, but it doesn't stop me from loving with all my heart. My first love died 5 weeks before we were to get married. I don't let that stop me. I want to be loved like that again. I am afraid that I will never be able to have him love me the way I love him. What should I do?

My husband entered drug rehab for 8 months after 12 years (on & off) of addiction to prescription meds. It is a Christian regeneration program. I have decided I want a divorce. He still has 4 months to go. I am afraid he will leave the center or convince me to not go through with the divorce. Of course, the center is very anti-divorce. We have 2 girls ages 8 & 5. I don't know what to do! I am miserable!!

I asked my feance(however you spell it) tonight what he thought about me moving in with him between the middle of Oct and the 1st of Nov this year. He was like I don't know if I can afford it. I base all my bills on using my pay roll check. I don't count my gas royalty check that is like $400.00 to $600.00. Due to in Oct and Nov they always cut me back or I don't get it. He said that he can pay all his bills with his income leaving him about $300.00 a month for gas and interment. He then said sometimes no one is home using the bills. I would have to put you on my lease..I stopped him and said that that would be find and it would not keep me from getting my S.S.I check which will be an extra $373.00 a month. I told him with that extra money I could pitch in and help, but it will take a few months to get because I have to wait on it to come into effect and two I have to divorce my husband who makes to much for me to get it.

We have been together for two years, we have a five month old son, and our relationship no longer has any trust. I found out while I pregnant that he was still in contact with an ex, and I believe that he still had feelings for her based on some things I found, but he assures me that he only loves me. They are no longer in contact, and it is over (i keep tabs to make sure). But I hate that I'm always paranoid, and I hate living like this. He doesn't trust me because an ex of mine used to contact me (well over a year ago), but the contact was unwanted, I had no feelings for him, and I eventually told him to leave me alone. Where do we go from here? Can we ever rebuild our trust for one another?

I like this boy in my Com. Arts and History class. Today he was really nice and held the door for me, and waited to walk with me to the library. If he needs help w/ something he is always asking me instead of his 3 Best Friends. We both stare at each other a lot, but I'm not sure if he likes me. alright I like this girl and I have made up my mind to talk to her tommorow no matter how nervous I am. I am 15 years old and am in grade 10. I'm scarred that some man might come in my house and kill me. Ever since I was a little girl I was scared of older men/boys. When I was 5 years old I started crying because a 13 year old boy looked at me. I'm mostly over it now except this one creepy old guy tries to follow me when I walk my dog.
