She keeps spreading rumors about me, then she takes my stuff and keeps it. Then she also talks about me with 3 other girls about me at the end of the day in school.

NO! no girl would spread rumers about a guy that she was intrested in. it is mean and you shoulden't like her back for it. and about taking your stuff...well if she really liked you she would give it back that day. unless it is a sweatshirt or something she might keep that for a few days.

If she likes you she doesn't know how to show it. But to be honest I don't think she knows if she likes you or not. I would just ask her and deepening on what she says go from there.
