so, i met a guy in a club/bar not this past weekend but the weekend before. He went home this past week (another state) so we couldnt meet up. He called today, we're doing somethign friday. He had wanted to do somethign thursday but i have class that nite. I think he felt awkward asking me on a first date on a friday. He's like, ok well we can get a bite to eat, some drinks, then he made some comment about me meeting up with my friends after? lol. Dont know if it was his way of wanting to say, i dont want to waste MY friday night with you or I dont want you to waste YOUR friday night with me. I'm trying not to read into things...i know first dates these days are supposed to be quick...but I dont know if he's into me or what??

If God made us all uniquely with each a unique personality, why do I have to change. People think im too quiet. I mean I know im not all that talkative but i talk. Whats the big deal, i kinda wanna change but then im thinking why do i have to change if God made me this way. What do you think?

We've been married 19 months and have an 8 month old son together plus a 3 year old daughter. My daughter is not biologically his. He asked me to move to South Carolina from Maine two years ago and marry him. We were totally in love so I did. He works and I stay home and take care of the kids. I don't know anyone here and I don't have any friends or family to stay with. He just suddenly decided he's not happy and wants a divorce. He wont tell me why and won't talk to me PERIOD. I personally think he is just under a lot of stress because we have to move to a different house on base, bills and his demanding job. I really don't think I am a bad wife to him. He neglects our kids and doesn't do anything around the house. I see other husbands out mowing or taking out the trash. He just sits on the computer ALL DAY playing fantasy football and cyberdunk.com.
He's in the USAF and leaving for Korea at the beginning of November. This is killing me. I don't know what to do!

I 'm new in 1 of those schools where all the popular people look/ dress the same, for almost a month now and I saw his guy with this cute little eyebrow piercing and I really like him for being different in small ways. Where do I start? He sit next to and behind me for two classes. I know I really should just turn around and say "Hi" before class starts but when it comes to it I feel so nervous and couldn't do it. Any tricks? Like droping a pencil near him or something? Thanx =DDD.

Would you call of the wedding until you could trust that person? My fiance told me this today, i don't want to call off the wedding but how do i know to trust him anymore. He is in the military so he is going to be away a lot..i just don't know what to do.

Really big issues lately. She is always putting herself down, blaming her horrible childhood on herself (when it was because of her parents) She has no confidence and is always saying that everyone else is better than her. That she isnt skinny enough, not pretty enough, etc. It is really starting to bother me because i dont know what to tell her anymore. I try to get her to make herself more social and outgoing. But she clams up because she doesnt want people to not like her. So she doesnt say much at all...She often feels like she is bothering people when she calls them to see what they are doing. I am on vacation right now and dont know what to tell her anymore...please, if you have had past experiences with someone like this, ideas to help her would be amazing. If you want addtitional info, please post in an answer, as i will be happy to add more...

I'd been waiting for this day forever! It was perfect, and I wasn't expecting it so it made it a lovely surprise..

I have a new girlfriend, and I don't know when to give her a gift..
I want to give her a first gift like a teddy bear. You know that squirrel/raccoon animal in the movie "over the hedge"?

But I don't know when. I asked one of my friends today when she likes to get a gift, and she said at a really random time.
Is the raccoon thing from over the hedge a good first gift too?

Ok well im thinkin of breaking up with my boyfriend...but he tells me things without you i would die or your the only reason im in school otherwise i would drop out...i broke up with him for one weekend but he went crazy and tried to commit suicide!! so i went back out with him i may not love him but i care about him ... i dont love him anymore i just dont know what to do someone please help me!!! please!!!
