You can live with your dad by being opened minded because I did the same and u have to adjust to some things that he does way different from your mom. Like of course I'm sure you saw this in the movies he's not going to make you clean up all you'll have to do is stay out of his way and he'll be happy.

The easiest way is to have your parents come to an agreement for you to live with Dad.
The SAFEST way, is to have your Dad petition the Court for a change in physical custody. The fact that you are 15 means that you are old enough to have some say in the Court's decision.
Remember the Court will do a custody evaluation and there decision will be based on what the Court believes is in your best interest.

OK, so your mom has to lay down some rules for you to live by because that's where you live. But when you go see your Dad, it's a visit, & it's all fun & games until you return home because your Dad isn't saddled with the responsibility of parenting you.
Your problem isn't your mom. Your problem is with you & authority. If you did manage to switch houses & go live with your Dad, the party with him would soon be over, because he wouldn't be your pal anymore, he'd be your parent.
Once you are permanently in his home, he's going to impose some rules on you, & you will be facing the same problem. The only change is it will be in a different house.
I know you probably don't appreciate this, but I am telling you the truth. If you believe it, then I will have helped you. If you don't believe me, then I guess I didn't help you after all.

Depending on what state you live in, at a certain age you can choose who you would rather live with. Most places it is 16.
I would ask you school or something like that.
You can even call the child protection agency in your state to find out.

First talk to your mom and to your dad about it; if they both agree it will be easier. Your dad will need to file court documents. If your mom disagrees with the change of custody, then it'll be much harder and he will probably have to find grounds to prove to the court why it should be changed.
If one party disagrees, they will both probably have to get attorneys.

Ask your dad first then if he okay's it, tell your mom. They may need to change things legally but that's up to them to do.

Talk to your dad about it, ask if you can make the move, and if you need to speak to the lawyers.
