My Daughter is starting to ask me where her dad is at. What do i tell her? My daughter is turning four in November. And her dad was Shot seven times when i was 6 months pregnant with her. And that night after he was shot he did the obvious and Died. It was gang related and I'm not sure what to tell her. I have pictures of him around the house everywhere. And his name tattooed on my back. I need advice. I'm not sure what to do her dad did ad things but I love him always. I was only 13 when I had her. And now I'm not sure. All answers our THANKED!

Ok I am Jonathan
im not going to college
i am 18 yrs old
and i dont have a job

my dad just told me
"you should sweep atleast"
since we dont have carpet
i dont do any chores

i am basically watching tv chatting online all day long
and i eat too ofcourse

when i eat,
i feel like they are watching how much i eat lol
i dont eat alot
but i dont feel confortable when i eat around my dad

anyways
what should i do?
i mean i dont know how to do a thing around here
i am basically one of those rich people who dont do a thing but party

From the answers I previously received, I sadly understand that my color choices may be too contrasting for a wedding. What if I paired a lt. blue w/a darker purple or maroon?

I feel horrible I jumped all over my girlfriend for something that didn't even happen I just got some bad info and acted before thinking. and we have a long distance relationship right now so I use email and music to talk to her. I am really sorry and I need a really good I'm sorry song for her.

I just found out from an old friend that my ex boyfriend (of two years), recently married. I saw some of the wedding photos, I was freaked cause she looks exactly like me. Other friends think its weird too. My ex never had a physical "type" & he had a hard time committing. He left another ex girlfriend standing at the alter, not once, but twice. I left him because he was dishonest and treated me very badly & we did share a really intense personal event that will be with both us forever, making it harder to "forget". He wanted to work it out, said he felt bad for how he treated me, but in the end, he could not turn it around. When I left him, I ended cold turkey, & talked to him only twice about separation stuff. I cut the ties off with him and never contacted or spoke to him again. I am now not sure if he got over it, or me. I'm happy he is married, but just can't get over the fact that the wife looks identical to me. Any thoughts on this?

I'm 20 years old and for my whole life I remember my dad being a critic. He's been harsh on me, verbally and sometimes physically abused me but we started getting closer before I left for college. In my first year of college i went away and for whatever reason i failed out and came home and had to start all over in a community college. Since then (2 years) my dad has been ashamed that I'm in community college and lost a year. Whenever he talks to my sister he tells her things like "don't be like your sister" "you're my last hope", "she's a failure" and things like that. He never talks to me directly unless forced and it's usually small talk and he's still bitter about it. I can hear him fighting with my mom through the walls about how it's like he'd rather he didnt have a daughter than having a stupid ugly one, or that i'll never get married. When me or my sister do something wrong, the blame mostly falls on me. They take family vacations without me and when i came home from college

It just seems like it would have been easier to find a good looking woman to love me back then. Back when if a woman even indicated that she enjoyed sex, she was labeled a wh*re or a ****. Today women care about a guy's looks, how good he is in bed, etc. I'm fat, lazy, insecure and a virgin at 34 because I am very needy for a pretty woman to love me, so I guess that scares them away.

It seems in the old days, all women wanted was a guy with a job. And it seems that was the same time when women were supposed to want to have sex only to please her husband (all normal women were supposed to want to find a husband), and because she wanted to be a mother. Period.

The second thing doesn't apply to me because I don't want to ever have children. But today a guy who just wants a pretty woman to love him, a guy who just wants to stay home and cuddle every night, say I love you a dozen times a day, talk sweet talk, etc is considered boring and needy to women today.

I had a cigarette and this kid I knew saw me with it. He tells people about it. My friend tries to defend me. He said that it was a fake one from Spencer Gifts. I'm not seeing it in my fiancé, but I saw it in past relationships, and I'm wondering if there's a connection.

"There's three rings involved in marriage. The engagement ring, the wedding ring, and the suffer-ring." Calling the wife a "ball and chain" or telling a groom on the way to the church, "It's not too late to back out." Or, like I saw one time on TV as a practical joke, writing "help me" on the bottom of the groom's shoes so that it showed when he knelt at the altar. It was supposed to be funny, but it seems like somebody is against marriage here. I think when a man consistently makes these jokes and/or finds them funny, it means deep down he fears commitment or doesn't want to be married. Am I right?

By the way, I did ask this question in Polls and Surveys but I didn't get answers.

Ok Well I don't know if this is so much a question as I just need to vent.
My Ex FINALY calls and wants to do something with our daughter, The last time was when he wanted to impress a girl with what a great dad he is, he asked her to go to church with them.. she said NO well the girl never saw him again.. ok because the girl just wanted to be his friend..
SO he has been trying to impress this girl half his age now ( another one).. I KNOW this is why he asked her to the fair because come to find out this girl has told him she wants to just be friends as well.. well she has 3 kids and wanted it to be him and his kid and her and hers.. well my daughter wanted to go to the fair so she said ok..
Now he tells me she and I are just friends... because I have told him I don't think its right to get our daughter involved in relationships that we don't know where they are going.. because it is always the kids who get hurt..
OHH we are just friends he tells me.. though I know he wants more.

I take care of the kids, etc. and I started a jewelry business. My collection will be complete in a month ready for my online store. I said that doesn't count? He said not until I bring in some money. (I mean I'm not sitting on my ***. I have to start somewhere. There has to be a beginning to a business. My dad is a jerk and used to abuse my mom. I don't want to live with him, bu the lives near my school and i don't wanna move again. My mom is loving and kind. She understands everything! I wanna live with her, but her house is kinda small and she lives in a different state so i have to wake up an hour earlier to get to school at a regular time. I just found out my mom is lesbian, but that doesn't effect me at all, because i love her just the way she is...
