From a guys perspective, its a big turn on for girls to make some of the first few moves. Im not saying give this guy a ego trip. But if your looking at a Relationship (50/50) whats wrong with walking up and asking a silly slow pitch question?

The first step is to talk to him. After small conversations have been initiated on a consistent basis, then atart to flirt very little and very slowly work into it. Soon enough you guys will be comfortable around each other. But make sure you take your time, even if he finds a girlfriend. Usually i would say to kinda talk to him then flirt, but seeing as he is older than you its different
