My dad is a jerk and used to abuse my mom. I don't want to live with him, bu the lives near my school and i don't wanna move again. My mom is loving and kind. She understands everything! I wanna live with her, but her house is kinda small and she lives in a different state so i have to wake up an hour earlier to get to school at a regular time. I just found out my mom is lesbian, but that doesn't effect me at all, because i love her just the way she is...
I just need help...im scared of my dad and when i told him i wanted to live with my mom she cried all night. My step-mom just had a baby who is now 2 and i want to be there while he grows up...
HELP!!!

Just tell your dad that you want to live your mom and that's the end of it. And you wanting to live with your mom will come at a cost...waking up early! lol you might as well get used to it. You will have to do it a lot as you get older.

I really cant understand this to well you tell me that your dad is jerk but he lives closer to your school and you dont want to move again your mom is kind and loving but her house is small and she lives in different state so you have to leave hour earlier to get to school. your scared of your dad and you relly want tolive with mom why didnt you just stay with mom in the first place and trvel the extra hour why put your self though this and your parents. Make up your own mind you sound very confussed. Do you want tobe with your mother than go.

Go live with the loving parent. Who cares if you have to get up early, the house is small, she is a Lesbian when she has been the one who has been the loving and caring parent. You will thrive living with her. You will be controlled living with your father. This is what he did to your mom. So, why put yourself in that situation again. Take care of yourself and go to your mom's home. Lots of luck.

Is dad looking for a babysitter, someone to help around the house,? if he abused your mom in time he may do the same to you, As for your mom being a lesbian, lesbian are people too with feels just like you and me. I think i would pick mom, you see both my parents abused me, i got beatings where both my eyes were shut, so dear if i were you, i go with my gut feeling. What is your heart telling you?

WELL, YOU SOUND AS IF YOU WANT TO BE WITH BOTH,
SO WHY NOT BE WITH BOTH, LIVE WITH YOUR DAD ALL WEEK THEN YOU CAN BE WITH THE BABY, THEN AT THE WEEKEND GO & STAY WITH YOUR MAM, YOU CAN GO WITH YOUR MAM ON SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AS WELL. ITS NO USE SPOILING YOUR SCHOOLING UNLESS YOU GET A NEW SCHOOL NEAR YOUR MAM. I HOPE THIS HAS HELPPED YOU GOOD LUCK.
