If someone wanted to marry their second cousin it's legal in most states. I know you never mentioned marriage, but I just wanted to show you how that works. Personally, I wouldn't date my second cousin once removed or not. It's just to close of a relative for me. And my family probably wouldn't approve of it either. You could date them, but think of what the rest of your family is going to think.

Yes, there would be blood between you. I personally wouldn't do it however many people find themselves attracted to their family.

If you have feelings for your second cousin, don't worry what anyone else thinks, it's what you both want. Your family will accept it or they won't but your happiness is all that matters.

You know it's bad enough that we have all these women out there with father unknown on their kids birth certificates. (&this has been going for over 30 years) How many of these people(children of father unknown)have actually slept with their siblings(unbeknown to them at the time) And you want to know if this is gross. Geez mate pull you're head out of you're butt and look at the big picture. Go Figure.

I don't think there should be annything wrong with it, people just can't understand love. My friend have a cousin that likes her own brother, but she kept it to herself but her bro starting to know so he sometimes tries to avoid her when she change her cloths in front of him or if she was in her underwear and stuff like that. It hurts her feelins soo, if she hadn't flirt or ummm sorta seduce him he would have never known, stupid girl.

There is blood between you yes, but not as much as if you were more closely related. Is it illegal? No. Most second cousin relationships are not illegal.

Pretty gross and yes that is too close blood kin. The results of too close can also result in handicapped retarded children. Back off and don't even think about it! In all the universe you could certainly do better for yourself and the other person could too.

I'm pretty sure that'd be ok. Once you get the "once removed" in there that means the relation is through a marriage anyway.

Well the name "cousin" in what he/she is to you...is gross and a relative in some way or another.
Not cool. But hey...that's me

I think its gross. just the fact that you can refer to them as your cousin is disturbing but others may disagree.
