I am 44, DWM, she is 36 SWF, we have been dating for 5 months and our relationship is serious, we never argue, we never fight, and we do lots of things together. She respects my space and I respect her space, we really do get along famously. Now the problem, she recently spoke to her parents about me and they do not approve of her going out with me. I was married once before and have 3 childern, the oldest is 22, but they are all grown decent kids and out of the houseexcept for my daughter who lives with her mother and is 17.

Without her parents approval she doesnt want to go out anymore, what can I do or am I doomed??

If she wont date based on her parents approval, one of two things, and neither are good.

1. She is lying to you and wants out.
2. Her and her family are nut jobs

your both adults here, and if she honestly need their approval, she needs to see a physiologist.

whats going to happen when they are dead? will she consult her magic 8 ball before she does anything?

you should be fine, im sure that they will like u. You seem pretty nice from what you've written there. No affence but thats a little bit childish of her parents because she is 36 and she's old enough to make her own decisions, sorry for the spelling im not very good

hope it all goes well

good luck

you could tell her that you are willing to meet her parents, tell her that you would like to speak to them about your situation. get on their side.
tell them how much you love their daughter, how happy you are together and how happy you could make her. tell them you cannot change the past, are looking to the future and that you want that future to be with their daughter.
