I get pins and needles so many times a day, In bed through the night (And im not lying on my arms/hands at all) When im on the toilet in my legs, when i sit on the floor in my legs, what could be wrong? Is this normal? Im 26 and im not majorly overweight, i have bout 3 stone to lose.

They are obviously trying to muddy the waters of the investigation again and take the heat off team McCann. The Malta sightings were in June and were investigated then. As for this photograph of Madeleine in Morrocco, it is a month old. The police photographic experts must have face mapped the photo by now in such a high profile case. They are not going to let it be released to the media one month after receiving it and without any tests been done on it during the month that they have had it. It is more spin and McCann PR. My question is this, Do you think it is logical that neither the Potuguese, Morroccan or British police have face mapped this photo already after having it for a whole month.

Is anyone biting their nails wondering if Sara Sidle is going to live or die? It still hasn't been officially confirmed if she will or not. I am currently pregnant with my second child and since having my scan which has made it more 'real', the reality of having to give birth again is starting to worry me!! I'm trying not to let it bother me as the baby has to come out some way but I am terrified of tearing/episiotomy/forceps!
My 1st labour was only 1hr 11mins after induction but I think the thing that is causing worry is that I maybe small internally. My baby was only a 4lb premmie and I felt like I struggled so if it was an average size this time then its not gunna come out easily!!!
Any words of reassurance or anyone else suffering in fear like me?!
