Check out the National Theatre Conservatory in Denver, CO. It's a 3-year graduate acting school affiliated with The Denver Center for the Performing Arts. It accepts 10 students a year who each receive a full scholarship and living stipend. The students work in a master/apprentice relationship with the professional actors of the Tony Award-winning Denver Center Theatre Company and are eligible for their Equity cards upon graduation.

Ecept for Julliard, your first answerer is a little behind the times. Experience as an actor even in amateur plays is the best edcuation for an actor. There are differences also in college and professional schools, execept a really good education is perhaps needed for classic stage acting, I'd go to England for that.
