tomorrow 2 companies are coming to my house to install my internet. (Vergin and Talk Talk)

Vergin gives me 2MB speed + unlimited downloads
Talk Talk gives me 8MB speed + 40G download alowance

which one should i go for?
Vergin is £10 a month
Talk Talk is £6 a month

which one should i go for?

please answer me as soon as posible, because i have to call one of them today and ask them not to come tomorrow

I have been told it needs changing every 40,000 but the garage I use have shown me a mechanic’s book which said it needs to be changed every 100,000. I’m really confused, as a Vauxhall dealer has told me it’s every 40,000. Can anyone help!!
