If you're not the religious sort, there's a lot of clubs around now. Bike riding, hiking, etc. You can join one of those. There's always cool chicks in those type of activities.
Me personally, I met my girl at Starbucks. Go figure.

The grocery store on Friday after work. If you like women with children go to little league games, soccer , football etc.
