Long story short I am having a baby. The man who I KNOW is the father is questioning things. That is understandable. My question is this when the baby comes do I have the legal right to give the child his last name or does he have to give permission? Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Peace

This one girl, an old friend of my husband's from highschool, won't stop calling my husband? He ignores all her phone calls and then she calls from a private number after he doesn't answer. The one night I got so fed up b/c she called very late, and I said "What? he's sleeping!" And she called back left a message and said "Why is your wife answering your phone?" Finally he answered months later to see what she wanted, and she just wanted to keep their friendship. I don't think its right for married couples to have single friends b/c she only wants to hang out with him, and not get to know me. How do I get her to back off since she won't take a hint from my hubby!!??

The other day i went out with a friend- she told me to be home by a certain time and i lost track of time COMPLETLEY and was like 3 hours late :S (eeeeek)
i knew id be in trouble and probably grounded but when i got home she yelled at me and spanked me with a paddle over the couch!! im 12 and the last time i was spanked was when i was like 8 :(
now every time i do anything wrong shes like- DO U REMEMBER WT HAPND THE OTHER DAY? picking up the paddle

My wife and I have been trying to get into the swinger scene for awhile now, and she has always been reluctant. Now that we are getting more involved in it, and things are starting to happen, she is the one doing everything and I am left on the sidelines. She claims she is doing it for me, but refuses to let me join in, and when it seems like I might be, now she cuts it off. I want it to be about us, and cant understand why she would want to do anything and not involve me. She tells me that she doesnt want to feel left out of any situation, but then leaves me out. I have just decided to end a 6yr relationship with the father of my 5yr old. We never really got along, never communicated and I no longer have any feelings for this man. Although he is a good father and our daughter loves him to death i have decided that it is best for us to end the relationship. This is probably weird that i'm 18, never had a boyfriend, never been kissed and the guy's 19, never had a girlfriend and never been kissed either. But anywya, we both like each other a lot and we already told each other. The thing is, he's so shy, I keep telling him if he ever wants to come over to my apt or go out, just let me know, but when he drops me off after work, he sends me a text a few minutes later saying how he really wanted to hang out but i looked tired or i seemed like i had somehting else do, etc. and once he asked for a hug but I guess he didn't think i was gonna hug him (i was going to) but he said he was joking. i think its pretty obvious that he's gonna be too shy to make the first move, and we're going out tomorrow for the first time (we've know each other for 7 months) so should I kiss him, or wait for him to do it?

at work I have this boss that doesn't seem to trust me and always is growly to me about things and always seems pissed off at what I do and how I do it. I have a hard time talking to her and going to her about issues and problems. On the other hand I have another person i report to and he doesn't seem to have an issue with me and is always pretty nice to me. How do I deal with this without making my "mean" boss even more hard towards with me by going over her head? I really dread coming to work when I know she is here. I really love my job and the day goes by quick when I dont have to deal with her. we used to get along very well at first and then whenever I made a mistake or was gone for a day sick or on a family day she would get like that. Now it is everyday no matter what and worse when something goes wrong or when I have an idea to make things better and less time spent on things to make them go faster. Am I really doing anything worng?

me and my husband never got each other rings due to the fact that we got married under an intense circumstance. His mother went to Russia to visit family and he had her buy me ring. On my b-day he gave me the ring and it is beautiful but not what i dreamed of. it is 10k yellow gold band, at the top the ends twist together with white gold, the white gold has little .3 diamonds..... this sounds beautiful right..... well here is the kicker, insted of a diamond at the center to accent the .3, there is a big PEARL. it even has matching earings so it gives it a costume jewlery look. they truelly are beautiful but they look like somthing you give your wife of 50 years not your wife of six months who doesnt have a ring yet.....SO WHAT DO I DO SUCK IT UP OR TELL HIM I DONT LIKE IT????? ever been to a 5-star hotel and not recieved "as good" service as the wealthy patrons?

i recently went to the Beverly Hills Hotel and my family saved up for this vacation for about a year. we aren't wealthy. Just normal people who saved up for the trip.

so we rented a toyota camry and pulled up to the hotel and they literally sneered at us. is this fair? the bmw that pulled up behind us got all the service and more. They opened their door for them and everything! We had to let ourselves out of the car and take out luggage out on our own. We also had to ask the valet to park our car...god forbid they had to drive a toyota!

has anyone else experienced this type of falseness?? and which hotel and where?

When my husband and i were still dating, i made the mistake of cheating. Well i got pregnant! I had my beautiful daughter and he still continued to communicate with me. He's said he's accepted her and we got married. Here's the problem. Anytime i try and communicate with my daughter's father about our child my husband becomes livid. He accuses me of sleeping with her father and trust me that ain't happening. Will he ever get over the fact that i have to communicate with this man because of my child. To make things even worse my husband has a 6 year old already and i have no issues with his ex. I actually wish they could have a cordial relationship so that things could be less complicated. okay so i was in a long term relationship and we broke it off about 10 months ago.. i can admit that i was very hurt and that i had planned on purposing to this girl..after we broke up.. i met this girl through a mutual friend...we ended up dating for about 2 months.. this girl is gorgeous, sexy, smart and just has an overall auseome personality. plus she really lets me know that she appreciates even the smallest things that i do for her... ive never had anyone treat me like that before... i really like her and care about her but still have this weird standoffish feeling that i cant seem to get over... i dont get it..she perfect for me..HELLO!! its everything i want and have been searching for my whole life..what the hell is wrong with me...?? should i stay in this knowing how i feel and hope that i can stop feeling standoffish? but what if i dont, thats not fair to her....or should i tell her that maybe im not ready for a relationship, hurt her and possibly loose her?

I am very depressed about my relationship. We decided to go our seperate ways because he just said he can not be the person I want him to be right now. He is still trying to finish things with his ex with whom he has 2 kids, and he will not go public about us so I had to end it. Now he acts like he never did care about me. I am a very smart nice person. I still love him very much, but lately, when I get home from work, I find myself drinking more and more. I usually mix Vodka with whatever I have in the house. Then I just sit alone at home. I am really scared cause I feel myself slipping. I don't want to end up some alcoholic who loses everything, but I feel so hurt and I don't know how to deal with this. Anyone who has advice, especially if you've been in my shoes, would be very very much appreciated.

Why do so many people say dont have sex till your married? Im 19, not married and have a daughter. My boyfriend and are together and very happy. I know so many people who get married and 5,10,28 years later divorce. I know what marriage is about and whats it's supposed to mean so I dont need a lecture but being married doesnt mean you love the person any more, trust them any more or communicate better. So why is it that everyone (even people my age and youger) are getting married. Do they feel it makes them grown up or what. I just think marriage is becoming over-rated and also a joke.
