My Client decided to get an annulment and he would like to do so before purchasing. My question is how long does the process usually take and how would he go about getting it done?

Your client? Your a lawyer? Shouldn't you know that or at least have the resources to research that at your fingertips?
Okay, annulments can be completed in as little as a few days if both parties agree to the terms. See link for more information.

he goes to priest if hes catholic if he is just getting this through the state go to the court house and find out. you file something and pay for it. you have ot have good reason which he must have. take care.
