Consult an attorney. Annulments are sometimes hard to come by. California for example only grants them in four specific cases: polygamy, misrepresentation, coercion, and underage marriage. So you need to find out what the laws of your state are and whether or not you even qualify for an annulment.

Annulments are only for marriages that were entered into illegally. Mistakes will cost you a divorce.

go to the catholic church
file a formal annulment...it doesnt cost anything and they dont pressure you to "convert"...it will take a while but not any longer then what the court would do...also make sure that you do it legally with your state...go to the courthouse and file...

call a lawyer or go down to the dominican republic and file paper work there. it's legal but not very cheap!
