my kids were taken away 10 years ago and my own lawyers said it would be best to sign my rights away they said because the judge was going to take my rights away anyway and i was 21 i thought they were right but i didnt know that i didnt have to sign them away. Then my mom got custody of them and after 5 years she got to sick to keep them . I have been charged child support for all of the times they were in the states custody . Iwould like to know if i should have to pay that ?

13 years ago, my life was changed forever.
I remember the day you were born like it was yesterday.
Every day since, my heart has been filled with so much love for you, that sometimes I think it will explode.
I’ve watched you mature into an independent, creative, and amazing person, and for that, I am proud and happy.
For all of your life, you and I have had an amazing relationship that has given me more joy and happiness than I could ever deserve.
But recently, you and I seem to have drifted apart.
You’ve made it abundantly clear to me, in many ways, that you don’t like me very much.
Whatever the reasons, be it my quick temper, my desire to teach you responsibility, or our need to save money wherever possible, I want you to know that you can get mad at me, you can hate me, but I will always try to do what I think is the right thing for you.
I know that you have reached an age where being cool in the eyes of your friends seems to be the most important thing. I was a 13 year old boy once, and I felt the exact same way. However, looking back on it, I can tell you truthfully, that it’s actually the least important.
One of my greatest fears is that you will make some of the same mistakes that I did. I was lucky to have survived them. But I don’t want you to ever depend on luck. I want you to always depend on your intellect, your heart, and your faith in yourself. I KNOW that you have a good head on your shoulders, and that if you are ever in a situation that requires you to choose right from wrong that you’ll make the right choice.
Son, I miss laughing with you.
I miss your ideas, and your jokes.
I miss the feeling of knowing that you’re excited to see me.
And I can’t even begin to describe how much I miss your love.
I want you to know that you can always talk to me.
I want you to know that I love you more than life, or anything in it.

ok... my dad asked me what i wanted for my birthday, its next month. last year, i got an mp3 player, its not an i pod, its just a basic small mp3... well, like a month after my b day, i asked him if next year, if i could have an i pod. well, thats all i really want for my birthday this year, and i dont know if i should ask for it, because he'll just say" i gave you one last year, and you dont need 2"

so what do i do? should i tell him i want an i pod?

So, I was in a relationship with this guy for about a year. New school year and he has mentioned that he wouldn't mind being with me on a purely sexual level. I'm not that kind of girl, and I said that the only chance of anything happening is if we were in a relationship again, but he won't budge. Ok, my friend is like the skinniest girl in school, and i'm really worried. I think she might have an eatting disorder. I've asked my parents and they say I should've worry to much. I've looked up some of the symptoms and she's got a ton. Like always cold, always tired, has hair growing all over body while other hair is falling out. I mean she's always complaining that she needs to shave. I'm so worried because, people die form anorexia and bulimia. My friend says her brother weighs more than her. And she's like 4 or 5 grades ahead of him! I know I shouldn't worry this much but still. If you've had a friend like this please share your stories and your advice. She needs help, but I don't know how.

This matter was a small matter but is turning into a big matter. I called my husband at 8:00 a.m. - left a message and asked him to call me back if he could within a half an hour because I would be immersed in meetings for the rest of the day. He called me at 3:00 pm - busy with work all day. He told me that he didn't get my message until 10:00. Our cell phone bill came electronically the next day -- I looked it over and discovered that he checked his phone messages at 8:05 -- realizing that he'd gotten my message right after I called!! I pointed it out and he changed the password on our cell phone bill - and got super pissed at me...screaming and telling me that I had trust issues. I trust him. I wasn't even mad that he didn't call me back - - just that he had fibbed about checking his message. Now, he's making statements like, 'I treat you well and am treated like this!' Should I feel bad or wonder if something else is going on?

well i wanted to go to the school dance and my new friend kayla was gonna meet me there. and she told me that shed call me when she gets there and then i called her and i asked her if she was there yet, because i told her i was waiting. and she said yeah ill be there in 5 minutes and i was waiting for 30 min and she never showed. she said shed call me and she didnt. when i tried calling her her phone was off. i was really upset about it, it really hurt my feeling. what should i do?

I have been dating the most amazing man in the world for 9 months now. Lately he has told me that he can see a long future with me and just has opened up to me more then ever before. I listen to him and smile and tell him I love him as well and I do more then anything!!! but he tells me that he does not think I take him seriously at all (I do). Today I asked him how he feels about this relaionship and where it may go, without hesitation he said "I want you to be the woman I will marry down the road and be the mother to my children" he has also told m he has something he wants to tell me but it has to be the right moment> so please please I am somewhat confused here, is he getting ready to propose? or am I misreading things

ok well, i am a junior in high school. my question is, is there any certain way to i guess catch a guys attention and get him to talk to you? for example, at the movies, a party, the gym, a football game, school or any place? I just want to know how to meet a new guy and actually get him to talk to you...is there any way? Because I get looks from guys, but they never just walk up and talk to me why is that and how can i get them too because i really would like to meet a new guy!

My girlfriend broke up with me about 3 months ago and wanted to stay friends. She's over me and likes someone else now. I try to be a good friend and listen to her talk about him and give her advice, but it's just so hard. I'm just tired of everything; tired of overanalyzing what she says and does, tired of constantly worrying about her liking others, tired of always thinking that I have a chance to get her back. It just seems so impossible. What if they start going out and their relationship will last 'til marriage and I'll never get a chance? I love her so much and I don't want to get all corny with cliche lines lines but I don't know. No simlie nor metaphor could ever come close as to describing her. She's just that wonderful. I'm only 15 and my grades are slipping. I don't want to be like this forever but apart of me just doesn't want to let go. In the end, if I stay by her side and comfort her during heartbreaks, will I eventually get her back?

I liked this guy named Brandon last year and he knew it but he was already going out with someone. He broke up with her over the summer but I never got the chance to go up and talk to him. Now they are back together but he acts like he likes me. Throwing grass im my hair at football games, talking to me more often than usual, sitting behind or beside me at the theatre, and staring at me. his name was like :
you = MY hero, so i asked who his hero was, and he said a special someone.
-he asked me if there were any guys im my life.
-he said if i think really hard, i will figure out who he likes.
-he said their name starts with the same letter as mine does, and he also said i know them.
-everyday he comes on msn and says i saw you today..

i think its me, but it cant be, because i know them..but i dont technically know me..
