If you signed off on your parental rights, then no, I would not think the state can come after you to pay. Unless they went after the other parent as well. If they went back to states custody with no legal parent after your mom got too sick to care for them, they should have been made available for adoption.
A lawyer should be able to provide you with answers. Scrape up some money and talk to one.
I will do my best not to judge your situation.

Angela you gave them the best the minute you pressed submit question , human beings will continuously decide a verify who's babies are taken by the state because of the fact no count how harmless them being removed from you advance into on your eyes its unhappy for the babies to could be in that undertaking for removing so your no longer completely harmless in this are you?. I study your before question and didnt answer for the effort-free reality I had used up all of my answering factors for the day , yet i will how ever answer now. you may could pay because of the fact the state says you do , yet i'd think of especially when you playing sufferer right here and quoting a bible passage , that as a worrying verify who's hurting over your babies no longer being with you 24/7 which you does no longer purely prefer to pay yet you will do it with a extensive smile on your face totally understanding your a minimum of helping to feed , dress , instruct and save a roof over your toddler's head at the same time as they are actually not on your care because of the fact in the event that they did stay with you , you would be paying a hell of so plenty extra money then your desired to pay now. Why would you no longer prefer to pay ? in case you like them as much as you declare and are in soreness? I propose heavily sweety dont quote the bible until eventually you elect different's to cite back because of the fact i'm useful there are passages in there approximately no longer giving up your babies or treating them badly someplace especially with what share time's the rattling e book has been written , so perchance ultimate to no longer attempt to apply it for self defence once you for sure did something undesirable sufficient to lose those babies interior the 1st place , you besides would didnt answer one million of the respond's comments approximately wether you get visitation along with your babies or no longer? honey you may have the money for the internet , you may spare toddler help for those toddler's you introduced into this worldwide. Sorry yet thats purely the actuality's of existence , this is no longer as much as the state to help them in spite of in case you probably did sign them away voluntarily or in-voluntarily.

I just answered your first question and now i will answer this one, yes u need to pay for them, at least i hope they will know u still love them and u are providing financial support for them, if they are in states custody try and apply to get them back, since they are states that means u can and may be able to get them back... i hope this works out for u and god bless u and your kids

Yes, you have to pay child support while your children in state care (or in the care of anyone else for that matter). Signing away your parental rights did not release you from your parental obligations.

If this was a man asking if he had to pay for the children he fathered, there would be no doubt in your mind what the answer should be, right?
Well, you gave birth to those kids, they are your responsibility, whether they live with you or not.

I dont know legally how that works, but id think if you waived all parental rights to the child that u shouldnt have to , just like if your children were put up for adoption, u wouldnt have to pay child support then, but i will tell u, that if the state wants u to pay, u'll pay, one way or another, they will make you... no matter if its right or not.. the state likes to look at themselves as "god" and they will do what they want , if u dont pay, they will go after ur taxes, they will have it taken out of your check, they will suspend ur licenses etc..

Why not??
THEY ARE YOUR KIDS!!
Why should all the taxpayers have to pay for them??
We did not make them you did!!
Be responsible and take care of those YOU chose to bring in this world!!
Let me give you an example:
I was award of the courts and I was upset they were taking money from my dad (age 14) and my foster worker told me, THE STATE DOES NOT CARE IF YOUR DAD HAS A SHIRT ON HIS BACK, FOOD IN HIS STOMACH, OR A PLACE TO SLEEP, BUT WE'LL MAKE HIM PAY FOR YOURS, AND YOUR MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT (because I was molested) by my STEPIDIOT AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED!!
As much as it hurts to say this, she was right, he may have not been able to take care of me on his own, but he sure could pay for all my needs because I WAS HIS RESPONSIBILITY, but all I could think of was ,is my dad eating, sleeping, etc., etc.
If mine had to pay....so should you!!
