Of course its good. If she knows that you like her and she's talking t oyou that could mean that she likes you back OR that she's leading you on. Believe me some girls are b*tches like that. Well maybe this girl's different. If she is really nice to you and flirts with you then maybe she does like you. Try asking her if she would consider dating you and see what she says. If you got a wallet full of big bills all the girls will take notice. This one thing you can be very sure of money attracts the girls not the boys. The more money you got the more foxy the girls are.

You need to make friends with her friends. Gain her friends trust as much as possible. And after a month or so ask the question. Her friends will tell you for sure what is on her mind.

it's really good that she's talking to you. That mean's that she at least thinks that you are easy to talk to. Another sign would be if she looked at you a lot, and laughed at what you are saying, even if they aren't funny. If she acts normal, then that's good, that means she feels compfortable around, that's one step closer. good luck dude.

Check out her body posture/language. When she is talking to you, is she playing with her hair, her body facing you, or is her foot pointing in your direction? If it's yes, she likes you.
