well, this is a tough call, how long have you known her, is this the first time she ever done this to you? Have you done this or something similar to her in the past?
If you have no obvious explaination as to why she would do this then maybe something last minute came up. I think you should wait and see what happens...maybe she has a good reason or lord forbid...she was on her way and got abducted or kidnapped or something.

Although the situation looks bad, I would advise to not do anything until you talk to her. Right now, if you don't know why she stood u up it's best not to come to any conclusions. To many times people go apeshit on each other before they even have time to explain themselves. It would be terrible to break up a friendship over a misunderstanding. So find a time to sit down and talk to her. That's what i'd say.

Well you need to hear her reason before blowing her off as a friend. She could have been having family problems or possibly was in trouble at home and ended up grounded or something. If she doesn't have a good reason then I would blow her off as not being someone you can count on.

It's blindingly obvious that the last thing she wanted to be was your friend.
And she didn't care if she hurt your feelings.
How much of a hint do you want that she doesn't like you or want you around and is having a laugh at humiliating you.
Friend? Don't be so weak otherwise you will be walked over all your life.
Tell her what a sh*t she is.

I would cal things off with her until she apologized to you. That was very rude and inconsiderate of her and to treat you that way was just down right wrong. I wouldn't talk to her until she either offered up a REAL good excuse as to why she did what she did, or I would not give her the privilege of ever talking to me again!

Give her one more chance, but talk to her first. If she continues to act like this, she's obviously not a person you want to spend your time with. Try to hang out with someone who has similar interests as you, and doesn't want to hurt your feelings.

Her friendship is limited. So I would say, don't count on her for most situations unless they benefit her. If they benefit you, she is not the right one to count on. All friendships have boundaries, you have already discovered hers. If you want to remain friends then understand the limits of them. Good luck.

Ask her what happened before you go off the handle. Maybe something happened out of her control.
