his name was like :
you = MY hero, so i asked who his hero was, and he said a special someone.
-he asked me if there were any guys im my life.
-he said if i think really hard, i will figure out who he likes.
-he said their name starts with the same letter as mine does, and he also said i know them.
-everyday he comes on msn and says i saw you today..
i think its me, but it cant be, because i know them..but i dont technically know me..

I read this like 3 times but I still didn't get it to confusing but do you mean like you don't know if he likes you or not? if so then I'll say he does when boy likes a girl they are not gonna say in your face I love you unless we're talking about me so if he doesn't tell you name of the person and first letter is your names then he likes you but he only gave you hint because he is to shy to admit

You should say to him" wow umm is it me .. you know the person you like" and if he says yes then yeah he likes you n if he says mabey then say ohhh k n if he says no then say ok w/e.
