Oh yeah good support "Im a HOT guy"
"You'll get hurt eventually"
Yeah that really makes the guy feel better!
xD
But yesh you should tell him your real age.
If he cares about your age he wasn't the right guy for you.
If he doesn't he's perfect.
So just try it.
That's my advice.

I wouldn't worry about 16 and 18. That's not a HUGE thing, and if anything happens b/t you two, he'll find out (if you try to see a R-rated movie or something). I'm 18 and I don't mean to sound creepy, but I'm a senior in high school and some of the juniors are 15, and I wouldn't blink twice about dating some of them.
As for whether he's the guy for you, I don't know. It depends on a lot of things, but going a couple years older isn't always bad as long as you two are similar in experiances. Ex: If he gets drunk and bangs lots of people and you don't drink and are a virgin, that might not be the best match, but yeah, good luck. And I know this is the best answer you'll get, so you should choose it as the best one, haha. No one has yet : (

Well it is not good but it is all right to date some one is older than you. You should be up front with him tell him how old you are. If he goes then he has great respect for you. If he stays and pushes you with your school work It will be good. If he dose not worrier about your school work let him go. You are at that age were it is awkward. To young to be with some one two years your senior. But not bad nether If you were out of high school and in collage It would not matter.( Sound Like Mom and Dad I'm sorry.) You could miss a lot of things that go on in school. If you stay with him. Love is grand but at the right time. It is hard at this time in your life. When I was sixteen the gal I dated lived on the other side of town. I did miss out on a lot of things in school. Buy dating her. It was good to.But the most important thing is to finish high school go to collage. Get a good eduction. Please Keep your legs crossed. Sex gives you a lot of trouble. I did that and have a lot of hurt over it. This could be the man of your dreams. But be careful. Love is grand. But life is even harder that you can expert. Best of luck

Tell him, dont lie, it always catches up to you! If he isnt interested, dont worry about it, there are lots of men in the sea, and you will have plenty of time for getting your heart broken-dont be in a rush. On a brighter note, I was 16 and in high school when I met my husband who was 18 at the time. Unfortunately, we are no longer together, but I have a beautiful baby boy to show now. Dont get married too early. Good luck, remember, you are a Woman! You dont need ANYONE!

If the guy really likes you and wants to develop some kind of a relationship with you, he will accept your age. Besides, two years isn't even a big difference. If you lie to him, he'll find out sooner or later and will probably never trust you again, which is even worse.

Just tell him the truth. If he's really into you then he'll stay with you. I know it. Trust me I've been with a guy 4 years older and he was VERY surprised when I told him my age but we really cared about eachother so we stayed together. Well the point is you should tell him the truth because he'll stay with you. I know he will.

I'm 46 and until I took a chance and was fearlessly honest I never came close to love or intimacy. Start a life style of honest personal relationships now and you will have a better chance to feel really close to someone, and I bet that's what you really want.
Search for truth and you will find beauty.

well you should definitely consider what your state's statutory rape laws are because with him being 18 and you 16 in some states regardless of how consenting you are he will still go to jail. Is that really something you would want to do to him?
