My girlfriend broke up with me about 3 months ago and wanted to stay friends. She's over me and likes someone else now. I try to be a good friend and listen to her talk about him and give her advice, but it's just so hard. I'm just tired of everything; tired of overanalyzing what she says and does, tired of constantly worrying about her liking others, tired of always thinking that I have a chance to get her back. It just seems so impossible. What if they start going out and their relationship will last 'til marriage and I'll never get a chance? I love her so much and I don't want to get all corny with cliche lines lines but I don't know. No simlie nor metaphor could ever come close as to describing her. She's just that wonderful. I'm only 15 and my grades are slipping. I don't want to be like this forever but apart of me just doesn't want to let go. In the end, if I stay by her side and comfort her during heartbreaks, will I eventually get her back?

Well I think you should let her know that you do still have those feelings for her and that its not fair to you to be talking to her about another guy. Its going to be next to impossible for you and her to be "friends" when you still have feelings for her. You dont have to be mean or anything to her, but there should be boundaries so that you dont end up getting hurt. You are still so young, you shouldn't be stressing like this.

no you probably wont and even if you do your relationship will suck. I know you think shes the most wonderful girl in the world but she isnt. If she was she would not be talking to her ex about her current boyfriend. You need to start dating other girls and you will be much much happier.
