Well my daughter just started pre-school last week. She only goes on tuesday, wed, and thurs. She goes from 8:30 till 3:00. We went to my mother in laws house for my husband birthday and my daughter want to spend the night. I said that it would be fine as long as she was home by 8:00 so she can get some sleep for school. My mother in law said that it was fine. And here it is 9:00 and they are just getting ready to leave. They leave an hour or more away. I am pissed about it. I am the one that has to get her up in the morning, not her. So my question is should she stay the night over there anymore? I dont want to be the bad guy about it but I want her home at 8 not when she want to bring her home. I even offer to pick her up, but they were out shopping and everything today and she said that she would bring her home. So do you think that she should stay over there?

I moved 3 hours away with my kids. Just recently divorced their dad was married before our divorce was finalized. He refuses to pay child support. He refused to meet me where he was supposed to meet me. I was living with my parents and it was stressful. I moved 3 hours away to live with my sister until I can get back on my feet. He is upset because of this. He still will be able to see the kids every other weekend on his visitations. He never came to school events. He never came to visit on days that were not his scheduled visitations. I had a hard time getting him to meet on the weekends he was supposed to meet me. Is it so wrong that I moved 3 hours away? the only reason I was living where he was is because I moved there when I married him. I am moving back to live with family now. Is this wrong???

Yesterday, I asked if long distance relationships work and I got some good answers but I think I'll get better answers if I describe my situation. In high school, I met this girl around April of this year. We became close. We started hanging out and stuff. I started to like her a lot. Unfortunately, we were both seniors in high school and the time flew by so fast. Before I knew it, we graduated. But I had her phone number and I called her and asked her out. She got excited and started calling her friends, etc. I found that that she liked me a lot too. But unfortunately, she was too busy over the summer and we didn't get to go out. Now we are both in college. I go to a college in New York and she goes to a college in Ohio. The soonest we will be able to see each other again will be in late December when both our colleges are over for the semester, which is such a long time away. :( But we still call each other. Do you think this relationship would work?

There's this kid at school. He was nice to me until a few days ago and then he called me a f*ckin b*tch because I threw a pecon at him to stop him from killing this cat. And then he insulted me by saying something to me thatwas just really mean but if I told you what it was you wouldnt get it. And then today at school I was avoiding him because of what he said and then he threaten my bestfriend. So I got really mad and one of my others friends asked me what was wrong and I told her the entire story. But then he over heard and called me the same name that you wouldnt understand and he kept egging it on. So finally I dropped all my books and pushed him into a locker. A teacher saw but didnt say anything. The next hour he was in my class and kept saying really bad stuff about me and the teacher told him to stop but after school I text asking him why he's such a liar and he text me back saying "I aint now stop texting me or else." What do I do about this jerk?

When society tells gay men that they can not marry each other and that the normal thing to do is to marry a woman, then ,any woman become victims of fake and unhappy marriages. Why do I feel a sort of electrical charge around him? It's like I can't get enough of him. I'm crazy about him. He's described feeling the same thing. Not in conversation just offhandedly and at odd moments. Being with him feels very spiritual to me. No person alive has ever made me feel this way. My ex husband never even came close. Im in 7th grade about 5"3 or 5"4 and Im about 130-137 lbs. Im not FAT but im CHUBBY. I ahve never had a boyfriend and I'm almost 12 in the sixth grade. Will I ever get married or have a boyfriend? I have always wondered about this. Ok, ever since elementary school, i hung out with guys a lot in school. sure i had some very close female friends, but i always seem to hang out with guys if they arent there. walking around my neighborhood, i walk with two guys, in the mall i walk with guys. in ap physics, i sit at a table with 3 guys. i see a lot of guys who hang out with tons of girls, how come it isnt the other way around? guys, what would you think of me if you saw all of what i described above? i dont date any of them!

I am a good husband, my wife tells me so when she isn't on one of her rampages. She tells me that she can't understand why I continue to put up with her emotional dysfunction. I'm beginning to wonder myself.

I work full time to provide a moderate standard of living for my wife and step-daughter. I don't drink or smoke and take my role as a husband/father seriously.

My wife is a self-employed cosmetologist and barely makes enough money to pay her overhead leaving nothing to help support our family, she only goes to work when she "feels like it".

We go on 1 major vacation and usually 3 mini vacations each year.

I am constantly ridiculed for not making enough money, being too lazy (I work 6 days/week), and she undermines me by veto when it comes to parenting her daughter (even though we had agreed on the rules prior).

I made vows to stay with a marriage (for better or worse). I can't understand how anyone can justify this behavior.

Why would someone do this?
