She's still young but she'll only learn as she gets older. Someone will knock her upside down before she realizes that she's not being nice and that if she wants to be treated nice, she'll have to do the same.
Since you can't take disciplinary actions the best I can tell you is to watch helplessly.

what's wrong with this picture? I don't know how old you are but you can demand respect from her by not allowing her to talk to you in that manner. When you hear her back talk your grandma you have every right to say "Hey! we don't talk to our grandma like that", then encourage her to apologize to your grandma. Her Daddy is on his own ...children learn what they live, and he'll get his for allowing her to be such a snott

You have to be a rolemodel and you have to show the manners first, greet her and her dad, or say thank you and please...
When she asks you for something tell her to say please... And talk to her dad because a dad that let's him self get talked like that by his daughter is either stupid or ignorant because a six year old should be playing with barbie's and not even know curse words....

It's not your business, even if you are right. You could talk to her parents about it, for all the good that will do. But you never know, if another child comes to them to talk seriously about her behavior, they might listen.
Otherwise, just try to stay out of it and not get upset.

Better tell their parents to correct the child at this age itself; otherwise tthe same thing can happen to them in future.

hmmmm tht's a tough one. if you are not old enough to talk directly to your cousin, maybe mention it to an adult you respect. maybe a younger adult would work best because she would be better able to relate to you and your cousin
