i am on the pill and i know that at the end of each pack, my the second or 3rd green pill i now my period will be there. so yes i would say they will deffinatly help regulate you

they can do --- my ex wife had a lot of problems and the pill did help --- see a doctor for the best one to help you --- best wishes

yeah they evened me out and i could tell you what day and time i would start and about what time of day too
