My husbands exwife is impossible!! She's been in jail, stays on drugs and she remarried and had 3 more children, so she has 5 in all.

The oldest child is my husbands and we know that thanks to a paternity test, but she won't give him a paternity test for the next to oldest child, which she claims is his, but has told him to his face that this child isn't his.

Here she is taking him back to court again....wanting MORE child support.

She doesn't do what the papers say, she lives off of welfare--medical card & foodstamps, etc. She's perfectly able to work, she just won't.

All she wants to do is get more & more child support money, she takes my husband back to court every chance she can trying to get more money.

We are a single income family with two children of our own.

Are there any ways to get child support lowered? To get a drug test on her & prove that she's not a good mother? Is there any way to do anything to get her to stop taking him back to court constantly?

Why is that happening? And is that neccessarily a good thing?
I mean in today's world a woman have a lot of say so as to what's going on in her life and the decisions she makes. But is it going to far when a man who share the same life as you don't have a equal standing? Just curious.

I dated his friend, ughh i know. But i really like him, we flirted alot but now it seems like the flirting has stopped. He told me he likes someone but won't tell me who and i kept annoying him to tell me who but he would, i feel like there is a really small chance he could be talking about me but i dont know. He calls me Beautiful, pretty lady, baby girl. He says, "I hope you have sweet dreams tonight." He tells me I look beautiful, and says "night night pretty lady." He kinda babies me...he treats me with care and listens to me and respects me. He isn't afraid to tell me things...he trusts me. He tells me I deserve better than the guys I hang around and that they don't deserve me anyway...that if anyone hurts me they don't deserve me. It made him angry when I told him about what this guy did to me. He called him a dirty little bastard. I haven't talked to him in five years because he lives farther away with his dad but his mom and 2 brothers moved down here so we started talking again. I have known him since I was 2 and I am 16. His mother and my mother are good friends. Since we don't know each other that well anymore he said "I hope you write back so I can get to know you a little better, or a lot lol." We write letters back in fourth to each other. So could he like me at all?

is it better to plan logically (financially) for an exit from a bad marriage or to just leave now with your heart in charge? i am married to a man who has lied about who he is, doesn't want and can't have sex with me, is bipolar and unreasonable most of the time, but is helping me financially right now. we are both very unhappy in the relationship. he doesn't want to change the status quo. i feel stuck. i'm rebuilding my insurance business and appreciate the help, but the relationship is ridiculous. we sleep in separate beds, i finally confronted him about some of his ridiculous lies and stories about his past, he apologized--but i think he's either incapable or unwilling to be honest about who he really is...(made up stupid stories about various scars on his body--war injuries, he said). when my adult son was extended in iraq and i was extremely upset, he lied to his boss over the phone and told him that "his" son had been wounded in action. he was fake crying at the time. help

before my gf broke up with me, she wanted to play truth and dare. so i played along. it turned out she just wanted to tell me she slept with one of her ex's. then she said it didnt count as cheating because at that time we had a fight and were broken off but later we got back...she tries to rub it in my face and make me feel really bad by telling me men were hitting on her when she was travelling in my country and i wasnt there for her...my question is i dont understand why is she doing this? do you think she is hurting or angry at me? i treated her very well except there were some fights like every relationship goes through. i know one thing girls like to create as much drama. I share a room w/ my 15 year old sister.I'm getting hardly any sleep,and am doing poorly in school b/c of it.There's nowhere else for me to sleep,the basement my sister is always in,and the attic has mice and no windows.The music vibrates through the floor,and my sister doesn't listen to my mom or me.I am soo tired all the time,and am constantly fighting w/ my sister.I also have severe anxiety.What should I do?I've talked to my parents about it,but they won't do anything!I'm 13.

My wife drank when I met her but not that much. Since then she has become very alcohlic and has caused problems in our marriage and our family. She is mean when she's not drinking and worse when she is. Sh has called my job in a drunken tirade and made me look like an *** in front of my boss. There are many, many episodes besides that. About four years ago I had had enough and checked in to a rehab clinic myself. She went through it and we thought everyhting was okay. She was still as mean as ever though, what they call a 'dry drunk'. About a year ago I would find marijauna butts and wine bottles hidden around the house. I don't drink and neither does my son. I knew she was drinking again but was in denial. My son would call me a t work ( I work at night) and tell me she was at it again drunk. I have had the cops come to my house because of her and she has accused me of things I haven't done. I love her but i don;t like her like this. I'm tired and wonder if I should go.

Okay...Long Story: There is this guy in my circle of friends who is very sweet, funny, just a lot of fun to hang out with and makes people laugh. I guess he likes me, he has felt that way for a while now. I think very highly of him, but I don't have feelings like that for him. I only see him as a friend. One time soem friends gave him my number with my permission, but I was trying to go back out with an ex of mine. Well he didn't believe me and got all butt-hurt about it. (this was 2 months ago I guess) Saturday Night at a party he was there and was saying how he got fed up and deleted my # from his phone, and asked for it again, I gave it to him, and I want to hang out with him AS A FRIEND, but I don't know how to tell him, and it'snot like I'm seeing any one else. But it sux because I'm a snob if I don't date him. I'm a bad person if I dump him, but I certainlty can't see myself marrying him so what do I do??? Thanks guys!!! =)

I am the fiance' of the father of the bride and would rather not attend a wedding where the former wife and the "step daughter" choose to not acknowledge the fiance' as part of the family. where i live it is nearly impossible to find a job as a teenager so i live with my parents because i am a student and not able to stand on my own feet. i am very good in school, i help my mother with the household, i help all my neighbours and relatives whenever they need me.when i was a teenager my parents were unemployed and we went throug a very hard time which lasted for over 7 years.i was not able to go out,have friends or a boyfriend,to have fun,wear nice chlothes or do simillar things.it was hard for all of us, but now my father has a wellpaid job for over 5 years,we live in our own house and are well off,but still my parents keep their belts tightened when it comes to my needs as a girl,i study hard and i am very good in school,if i could work i would,but there are no jobs for students in my country,it is hard to find a job for adults,i do my best,but they do not understand that i need make up,clothes,and other stuff,they can afford it but they dont think i need it,what to do?

My husband and I moved to Tucson at the end of 2003. My parents lived here and I wanted to be closer. When we moved here we were all going to live in the same house together until we all get on our feet. Well that did not go as planned. My parents ended up taking our tax return and making eveything their own. We had to put our things in storage. My mom was never this stingie when we lived in Oklahoma. Now all she talks about is money. She is used us. How do I trust her again? Why did she do this to us? All we wanted to do was start fresh like them and they took advantage of us.
