Ok theres this girl that I love with all my heart( also i care about her more then myself, i wanted to ask her out ,but shes always around other people. Also shes a alot more developed then other girls at my school( not trying to be a pervert)

Why dont you ask her to hang out with you somewhere outside of school and ask her then, or when youre at school just walk her to class or something and ask then, even so asking infront of her friends isnt so bad. Good luck!:]
