He calls me Beautiful, pretty lady, baby girl. He says, "I hope you have sweet dreams tonight." He tells me I look beautiful, and says "night night pretty lady." He kinda babies me...he treats me with care and listens to me and respects me. He isn't afraid to tell me things...he trusts me. He tells me I deserve better than the guys I hang around and that they don't deserve me anyway...that if anyone hurts me they don't deserve me. It made him angry when I told him about what this guy did to me. He called him a dirty little bastard. I haven't talked to him in five years because he lives farther away with his dad but his mom and 2 brothers moved down here so we started talking again. I have known him since I was 2 and I am 16. His mother and my mother are good friends. Since we don't know each other that well anymore he said "I hope you write back so I can get to know you a little better, or a lot lol." We write letters back in fourth to each other. So could he like me at all?

It sounds like he likes you alot and being that you have known each other so long it may not be bad to pursue a relationship. Always keep in mind that he may just be really sweet ( unlikely) and you don't want to put your feelings on the line. Whatever you do take it slow.

He could have ED...or a smaller part of the anatomy and he is not telling you that. That would explain why he would tell you about a "lack of chemistry in bed" with his gf, but not break up with her and go with you. Or else he might be gay/bisexual and trying to be on the "down low" (pretending to be straight). In any case, he can't make up his mind what he wants out of life and at this point he is taken, so it is probably best to move on. Life is too short (oh, is that a pun?)...

He sure does like you. If he talks to all the girls this way, then NO, you are not any more special than them. But, if you are the only one he talks to this way, then you are indeed, special to him.
Perhaps it is time that you gave HIM a chance, instead of all these guys who have hurt you. Good friends make the BEST boyfriends!!!!

maybe he just thinks at you as his little sister...and wants to protect you...or maybe he is inlove with you but didn't had the courage to tell it to you because maybe you made him understand that...but the most important thing...you like him?because if you do i think you should talk to him...you have been friends for a long time..even if he tells you that you are wrong it wouldn't be the end of the world...you will just make fun one of each other..but did he had girlfriends before?

It would be either way...he can like you as a girlfriend or as a sister. You should def. talk to him 'bout his feelin's towards you before you start to fall head over heels for him and to onyl find out he likes you in a different way than a girlriend. not like it might happen to you...but it's always good to find out ahead of time, right? good luck! =)

yes it sounds like he likes you lol. but get to know his friends and what other girls he talks to, because if he's close to other girls then he can talk to anybody like this. Just look at this from different angles and build an understanding of him off of that.
