I share a room w/ my 15 year old sister.I'm getting hardly any sleep, and am doing poorly in school b/c of it.There's nowhere else for me to sleep, the basement my sister is always in,and the attic has mice and no windows. The music vibrates through the floor, and my sister doesn't listen to my mom or me.I am soo tired all the time, and am constantly fighting w/ my sister.I also have severe anxiety. What should I do?I've talked to my parents about it,but they won't do anything!I'm 13.

Maybe you should talk with a school counselor or respected teacher. Ask someone, outside the family who is respected, to intervene. Tell them that you haven't been able to get thru to your parents. Is there someone from your church? You have at least 4 more years before you can leave home and go out on your own. It will be hard enough the first few years to support yourself. You have to learn how to survive now. There's got to be someone you can confide in, find them.
If all else fails, get a hungry, ferocious, cat and put him in the attic to scare off the mice.

thats though, try to talk with your parents again same as with ur sister...

or fix the room in the attic u can put first a wallpaper on the broken window and regarding the mice just keep that room celan and the mice will go away or call an exterminator.

u just need to exert a little more effort regarding this

You can try your parents again. If you have someone you trust to help you talk to them that might help. But if you live in a house where you have to share a room part of surviving is going to be learning how to compromise. You can ask your parents for help coming up with other ways to compensate for the music. It's possible that ear plugs or head phones with your own music might help. But really, your parents have the upper hand here if they're willing to use it. They do pay the power bill after all.

Im 17, and music is soo important to me and thus I can see your sister's view. However just sit down with your sister, tell her how you feel, and if she is a reasonable person will work something out with you im sure.
Peace and love xx
