My brother and his wife are looking at getting divorced after two years of marriage.

They bought a House, and as she was unemployed it is in his name. He has made a vast majority of the payments on the mortgage, however she wants the house.

This doesn't seem right. She has done similar before to the guy before my brother, only they weren't married.

He is looking for some kind of get out clause that means he gets the property, or at least the lions share of the proceeds.

One thought is to sell it to me.

What would you guys recommend?

I don't think I'm in love with my wife anymore. Just lately everything she does and more importantly lots of things she doesn't do really annoy me. She's the type of person that doesn't really put too much effort into doing things if she doesn't think it's worth while. She's a self proclaimed procrastinator, and only seems to show enthusiasm about her work as a travel agent.

I've tried talking to her but that never works. She just thinks I should lower my expectations and accept her for who she is. It is as if she doesn't want to see things from anyone elses point of view other than her own.

And before anyone thinks I'm being too hard on her, most of her friends and family thinks pretty much the same thing - that sometimes she's lazy!

I know I love her, but I don't feel 'in love' with her anymore...what do I do?

my parents tought us that marraige is a sacred union. all my life i beleived in that, til i got married myself.

im male, 18, and just started college at LSU.
Ive been seeing this girl for half the summer and we've been getting along great. Initially, she really wanted to date me ALOT and was head over heels for me. We did basically everything and acted just like any couple would, only we didnt have a label attached to us. We were basically friends with benefits i suppose. Now that we have both started school at the same place and i have spent a fair amount of time with her, ive grown attached to her and i asked her out. She accepted happily and we became official. Now, just 3 days later, we have had so many issues. she says that earlier she purposly held back feelings to avoid getting hurt and that now she is having trouble having feelings for me. She isnt nearly as flirtacious or cute around me, avoids kisses, doesnt call nearly as much, and generally just seems to be distancing herself.

Im not sure if its because of dramatic change of going to college or if its something more center to us.

I am 25 and my step brother is 19. He is going off to university in a couple of days to be a fireman. My Dad and his wife are footing a good portion of the bill for this. I just found out that my bro was arrested and being charged on 3 counts of drug posession. When the school finds this out he will be kicked out. My Dad doesn't know and His Wife (bro's mom) and I have always had a pretty rough relationship. She will think that I am just jealous or something. And according to her he is the golden son, and could do no wrong. I feel responsible for letting them know before the rest of the money goes out, because he won't actually get the summons to appear until he is already a week into school. Okay, I was wondering if sex really does hurt the first time? If the hymen is broken, does it still hurt? My fiance and I (both virgins) are very much in love, and have talked about it. Is it normal for a mom to call me two or three times a night. I have lived out of the home for 3 years im 21. My Father and I were walking in downtown Columbus, Ohio, on High Street ,when he decides to jaywalk.
But , High Street's middle line is actually a raised bump in the road. As hr ran across the street, his toe caught on it, tripping at a running speed. Then his body naturally flew forward, and his legs attempted to catch up with his body's momentum, and he barely made it after a little bit of acrobatics.
He's 6'4 and only about 190 , so he looked like a stick puppet in motion, trying not to fall down; he didn't fall down, he made it to the other side, but then looked back at the bump, scratching his head.
I couldn't stop laughing; and then when I made it to the other side, I still kept bursting out laughing,
So he told me, "Man you have a sick sense of humor!"

Do I? Wouldn't you laugh, if you saw that?

He was supposed to catch a flight this morning at 10.He wanted to drop me off at school today & have breakfast together.I didnt want to go cuz he embarasses me. My friends all think my dad looks exactly like Jack on Will & Grace!Which I dont have a prob with except my dad acts a little feminine sometimes. So I said I was gonna get a ride w/a friend instead. My mom said I should want to spend time with him before he left. I told her to mind her own business--then my dad was on my case & I ended up telling him to drop dead among other stuff. Then I called a friend who picked me up.
I got a call at school today from my uncle that my dad was in the ER, so I guess he didnt make it to the airport. My mom found him slumped in the bathroom unconscious. When I got to the hospital he was still unconscious.My mom was trying to get me to touch him & talk to him.I couldnt do it so I left & still havnt been back. I still dont know what happened & noone will call me from hospital. What should I do?
