No offense, but how do we know without details that it isn't you that is being unreasonable?

Juat because he doesn't agree with what you want doesn't make him "unreasonable"...it could just make you "stubborn".

you both should have talked about this way before NOW. you and your husband need to do what is best for the children. NOT what is best for you and him. since the kids are here. you and husband put the cart befor the horse now look at the mess that not talking before marriage have created. GodBless

"Unreasonable" isn't clear.
Is he spending his retirement on private school? Or refusing to back you when you want to move out of a slummy area so the kids can go to a better school?

have an open discussion and do some compromising nd a middle ground when kids are involved just dont forget you both are adults.
