is it because he is just desperate and goes for anything that moves and wants to get laid no matter how the girl looks? or is it because he actually really does find you attractive or pretty?

There are two ways to determine this. Watch his interactions with other women in the company. If he goes for anything that moves then watch him around others that move. If he is flirty and hits on them then you have your answer.

The other is to pay attention to office talk. Guys who hit on anything that moves usually get a reputation after a very short time.

This is all predicated on the guess that you are interested in this guy. If not then don't worry about his motives and report him for sexual harassment.

The fact that you question someone's motive because he's hitting on you or flirting with you shows a lack of self-confidence. Did it ever occur to you that he likes you for you? Accept his flirtations to a degree since you work together and see where it would take you. All men are different. Some maybe desperate to get laid, some might only go for the looks but it all comes down to giving them a chance and see what kind of men they really are.

Most guys flirt with girls based on the first impression, which is how they look, and im not saying that guys are the only ones, because girls do the same thing. There has to be a physical attraction for him to even talk to you suggestively. My guess is that if you are at work, and he has never seen you in regular clothes but he still wants to talk, either you may be the only girl in his league or he finds you attractive. Talk to him, ask him if he wants to go out sometime, not on date but just as friends, see what he says, it might be romance blooming!

It depends on the guy. If he's hitting on anything in your workplace that has a pulse, then he's obviously just trying to get laid by anyone who's willing. If he's just innocently flirting with you and not being a pig about it, then, yeah, he may be interested in you. If you have any doubts then maybe he is just being a pig. You'll have to figure it out for yourself. Good luck.

Sounds to me you may have a few self esteem issues.
If the guy is flirting with you and your not to worried about office politics, go out to dinner with him and have a proper chat, youcan find out what his intentions are and take it from there.

I won't engage in any relationship with coworkers, simply that, if things don't work out, you have to see each other at work every day. My advice is to ignore his advances.

You might get surprised to find out he's not really attracted to you but instead somebody BET that he won't get you to bed with him.
Just a hunch! :) Have a nice day!
