Okay, This guy I went out with made it clear he wants to be friends with benefits. I just want to be friends. My friend set us up thinking we would be a good match. More this guy talks the more I am not intrested.

i have 3 adult kids of my own ages 19 son,and two daughters 18,16,they dont get along with the man in my life with whom i have 3 kids with,they have seen me go through some rough times in my relationship with him"abuse" for 1 year this went on until i had him arrested but yes i did let him back in my life,hoping things would work out,but as things were getting on track my kids started having mad attitude with him and was pushing him out of my life,they started nick picking with him and now its hard to attempt at this relationship because my kids totally dislike him,so what am i to do?

We all know that women are shallow creatures concerned about hair nails and jewlery. Lets face it its true.women are no different then men when it comes to sexuality. they want a goodlooking guy with hair and a good body. My proof is that when i was younger i was overweight and on the geeky side. Back then i couldnt have pulled a dime if you gave me a million $. I was still the same nice guy am today. But 6 years later minus 30lbs of fat plus 20lbs of muscle Im a chick magnet.

Hi, ive been good friends with this girl for a few years now, prob best friends. In the past she would get pissed over something trivial and would be upset for weeks/months. She would ignore every attempt to contact her, then would jsut show back up one day like nothing happened. Being a very forgiving perosn i live and let live and drop it.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, after awhile of everything being cool, im back on ignore for doing something without her while she was away for weekend. Ive never had these kind of things happen with my male friends. Dont want this to sound bad, but is this typical behavior for women in friendships? It makes me feel like dirt, I want everything to be cool, but quite frankly im tired of being treated like trash she can bend over and pick out the can every few weeks.

How do I proceed form here, im very stressed right now and not sure how to proceed, i want to work things out but I cant get thru. Am i fighting a losing battle and just hurtn myself?

My current (first) boyfriend of one month keeps on saying "I LOVE YOU"?

The thing is i am not that good at saying i love you to anyone, not even my parents. My dad always says "do you love me"? I always answer back sarcastically NO.

I think this upsets my boyfriend that i never say it back. Guys, would this upset you?

We are both in our 20's.

my dad cheats on my mom. i know, im not stupid. im not going into detail about how i know cus its too much but i know and dont ask me if i know for sure or not cus i do know for sure. my mom is very insecure. my dad has cheated on her before because its came out in proof to both me and my mom before and she told me about other times. she always asks me if hes cheating on her and of course ill tell her no because i cant handle this family being broken any more than it is. my dad yells and screams when the littlest thing breaks. he has anger problems and my mom is bipolar and suffers from paranoid/ schizophrenia. i got test many times and as far as i know i have any mental disorders. i can't tell my mom whats going on. it hurts me everyday i live on this earth. im sick of my dads cheating and yelling. and im sick of my mom's insecurities. what are some bible verses that can help me get through this time. even if you're not a Christian, give me some tips to help me through this. please?

Basically, split with my boyfriend for 4 weeks cos the spark wasnt there and i felt unappreciated. He said he missed me alot and called me to go back together. Things where going well but for some reason he wont bring his friends out with me at the same time now. I was on his myspace and his messages during the time of the split say things like "Glad the gold diggers gone" "I can party now that shes away" and he also has messages from a girl who i know saying "cant wait to do that again baby" ect....he said the other night that i was the "one" but i cant get over these messages cos they are lies.

Ive been dating my bf, for more than a month. within the first couple weeks he had already cheated. Ive given him another chance and its been going fine. until lately. hes been acting strange. he talked to his ex for an hour last night on the phone. when he barely talks to me for 15 minutes on the phone..when we do talk. He says there's nothing between them...well..He has a lot of 'friends' that are girls..and i joke..but now i wonder. There are just alot of signs. He is stand off-ish lately. and i feel like hes going to break up with me. His reply to this was that he just was tired and cranky..and that hes never felt like breaking up with me.ever. and said that he wouldn't for a while. He always says that he's been brutely honest with me(when he told me he cheated)
so why would he stop now?
I dont know what to do. my insticts say that hes distancing himself and that he will break up with me soon. but then when i talk to him..its all smooth talkin and i start to beleive him.

I have been married for 9 years and together for 18 we have had lots of problems such as bankrupcy and sickness. my husband and i haven't been getting on at all for the last 6 years. he has been sarcastic to me and treating me with a lack of respect as he just cannot show me emotional support so then about 4 years ago i started to close my heart to him cause of this treatment.We have 2 children which makes it worse cause i feel scared of hurting the kids then there is the money independance i am not sure i can do it on my own. about 3 months ago i told my husband i will not put up with his attitude anymore. he said he will change and he is trying but i realise i just don't love him anymore the way a wife should.We r seeking counciling now so he can get help to make me open back up again and to teach me how to realise he isn't being rude anymore. so i am giving this a chance but what i want to know is there real love for me out there. if i meet someone else would that work for me?

My g/f and I currently live 1100 miles apart; we both have kids and other family things to deal with at the holidays, and although I do PLAN to be moved closer to her my Christmas, there's no guarantees it will happen by then.
Any good ideas for gifts? Let's assume we'll be together; what sort of cool gifts are appropriate for a first Christmas together? If it helps, she's 36 and has been divorced about a year. She's into the Dresden Dolls, Evanescence, Plain White T's, Alice in Wonderland, agnosticism and questioning authority, Happy Bunny, reading in a WIDE variety of subjects, and anti-authoritarianism.

My son did the dirty on his wife, had an affair and walked out to live with his girlfriend.I helped my daughter in law to pack up and move to her home state over 1000 miles away to be with her family, she took my grand daughter with her.Here's my problem, my son-who refuses to talk to me except when he wants to be abusive (totally out of character I might add) is calling his wife and threatening all kinds of things, he'll fight for custody of the child, he'll set the law on her and things of that nature.My daughter in law is e-mailing me with the details which is upsetting to say the least.My son wasn't raised to be this way and every single one of his friends has expressed their disgust over his behavior. My problem is this, I'm making myself sick with stress over all their problems because I feel I'm being put in the middle. I don't wish to contact my son but I want to stay in contact with daughter in law. Without hurting her feelings how do I tell her I just don't want to know ALL!

I found porn advertisements in my boyfriend's email. At first I thought that they were just spam, but then I found some that confirmed his registration or whatever, and it gave his username and password. I logged onto the website and found some very disturbing things about him. We are in a heterosexual relationship, but I found that his "favorite videos" included both gay and straight porn. He also uploaded very flamboyant pornographic pictures of himself. In addition to this, I saw comments left by him to another male user suggesting that they should get together. We've been in a relationship for 1.5 years already, and I don't know what to do. How do I confront him about me finding this stuff? He's told me before that he doesn't mind me going through his email because he's got nothing to hide, but I still don't like the idea of him thinking I'm snooping on him. PLEASE HELP!

My boyfriend of five years lives on the same road as all of his family (parents and siblings), and they are all next door to each other. For the most part, I live with him except when I've had enough and I'll go stay at my parents' house. The problem is that any time we are out in his yard or better yet just anytime his family just shows up without a call or anything. I feel selfish because this bugs me, and it doesn't bother him at all. We have actually broke up a few times over this issue. My family would never just show up like that unannounced, but his does. I hate going to the door or going out into the yard becasue of them. I know this sounds so terrible of me, but I feel like I am going to explode. It is got to the point with his brother that he is coming over every day. I can't talk to my boyfriend about it because he gets to defensive and will not talk to me, which he probably has the right to...it is his family. Anyone going through something similar or have advice?

Here is the situation my mother and I got into a confrontation over her boyfriend almost seven years ago since then we have not spoken ( it was about her boyfriend making inappropiate moves on me) she did confront him about it and they did break up but got back together regardless.
Well now I have a four year old daughter and I don't take her to see my mother at all. (because off our fall out) Anyway to make a long story short. I found out my husband took her to see my mother over six months ago and his reasoning is that he thinks I should make up with my mother and that our issue is affecting our family as well as other family members. I spoke to my sister about how mad I was and how I felt betrayed she understood how I felt but she kind of agreed with him at the same time. Am I being to harsh or do I have a reason to be so upset?

I'm back in a relationship with my daughter's father, we got a new place together under the impression he would be paying his part. Well, now I'm getting ready to go back to school and I'm scared he won't help more. He hasn't been paying his half of all the bills and rent. He hasn't put money towards the food bill so by the end of the month we are almost out of food to the point that my mother has to give me food. My electircity is getting ready to be cut off and when I ask him for money for the bill he gives me excuses as to why he can't. I end up having to pick up the slack for what he's not doing. I was doing it on my own without him I can do it again. He says he loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me. So why isn't he showing me. I know I should just get rid of him but that's easier said than done. What should I do in the mean time? Someone help and don't just be judgemental.

What makes you feel really good? After working hard on something...I just cleaned my whole house and I feel great now---anything make you feel good after a big chore? i.e. arranging your closet, or changing the oil in your car--don't you feel better--it's a chore-gasm.
