make sure you have a list.I would also put a morals clause in it in case he goes through a lot of women he cant just bring every girl home in front of child unless they date for yr and are serious.A lot of people forget about it.
I would also make sure insurance is set up .vacations in summer if need be.I would also state that I prefer he didnt leave the county with the kids without permission from other spouse.(being you)
Get who claims childern on taxes straight!!make sure if you keep them the entire time its you!!ok i think I covered it all.lol

For starters "What's the true reason for this hearing?
Why doesn't anyone think, I'm the right parent for the children? How much can I realistically receive in support, every month?" Or as the case might be, "Why should I be the one who pays child support?".

How much child support will be paid, of course? But what about special costs, like cheerleader camp, first car, Senior trip, college, dentistry? Who will carry health insurance for the kids? How often will you spend time with the children besides weekends, what about summers, birthdays and holidays? And (very important), are you going to agree to never speak ill of the other parent, or use the kids against each other?

it all depends on which side you are on...are you the custodial parent? If so you need to ask the judge for support for health insurance and ask if your support payments can be retro (back to the date of separation). Make sure you have the order state that the non-custodial parent has to pay for any transportation of the child during visitation and have visitation specifically drawn out at your exact discretion...good luck, I hate court...

what is the procedure for an increase, and what determines an increase. you getting a raise or him or both. will he pay until child is 18yrs old or out of high school. if child goes to college will child support continue. can the support come out of his check vs. him sending it to you. just a few.
