is no longer true. even though the papers are signed and notorized, the situations are totally different. can i still contest in court, because the signed docs. aren't accurate?

I got married a few months ago and I haven't changed my last name. I'm not sure if I'm going to change it. In the mean time, what title do I use? I'm not sure if I should use Miss. I don't know if I should use Mrs., people would assume that's my husband's last name. I hate Ms., I'm not divorced. Any ideas?

I'm going on holiday soon for 3 weeks with my mum, dad and my little anoying brother. That's 3 weeks camping, no TV and listening to endless cds such as - "sounds of the 60s!" and "where all going on a summer holiday" music in the car.

Any copeing ideas? or am I guaranteed to go mad?

so i've been dating this guy eric for 2 years im 17 now and hes 18. at the beginning he wasnt into drugs, but this past year he's been experimenting with all sorts of drugs, he use to just smoke pot but now hes doing everythinggg-coke,opiates, etc. he says hes just "experimenting" but i think he's really getting addicted. its scaring me and the drugs make him become a different person & he's not the loving guy i once loved. but i still love him enough to try to make him better. please help? what should i do?do i tell his parents?tell mine?

So my parents are separted. And they can't stand each other but me and my mom are going on vacation & itturns out my dad is going the same time we are to the same place. And my mom is really excited to go and it will ruin her vacation if she finds out he is gonna be there. Should I tell her and ruin her vacation or not tell her and let her happy. Like what if they run into eachother and get into an argument.

hey im going into highschool and ive like never had a boyfriend. i know theres nothing wrong with that but i kinda feel left out when all my friends are out on dates. im not really that popular, and im more of the really quiet, nice to everyone type.. guys at my school dont really pay any real attention to me when it comes to going out and stuff, but guys that dont go to my school (that i met this summer at the lake, camp, etc) think im adorable and really hott.. i just dont get it. i think its cause im way more outgoing during the summerr..or just cause i wear shorter shorts.. but yeah anyway im not the slutty type at all.. and i really really really would love a boyfriend.. oh yeah im going to highschool with the same people ive been going to school with and no more :(

ok so there's this neighbor that i've known since kindergarten and i've always liked him, but nothin has ever gone on between us, like we've never dated or told eachother we liked one another. but evertime a new guy comes along i always seem to forget about him and think to myself, well i guess i never really liked him to begin with. but when me and that guy break up, i always begin to think about him again. and now theres a new guy besides the one i've liked (or think i've liked) my whole life, and hes really cute and nice, and i think i like him. but for some reason i feel really guilty if i date him, becuz theres always been something inside of me telling me that something will happen between me and my neighbor. and that if i date this guy and tell my neighbor im dating him then my neighbor wont think i like him, and may never ask me out then. i kno this is rlly confusing, but i just wanted to kno if i should move on from the guy i've known my whole life or go with the new one?

I am preggo with my 4th child by my husband and we were just talking and he is freaked out about the whole 3rd trimester thing and sex which is understandable blah blah blah........but then he is like well me and you at this point are like brother and sister...........i was sitting there like what did he just say??? that has to be not good....so i said what do you mean he is like oh i am only kidding............i don't think so though and if that is the case then....you know what happens next...eithter divorce or someone is cheating.....what does everyone think of this?

I wrote the ? "Does my boyfriend just want sex or does he like me" and i got great answers. i have another ?
It seems to me all he wants is sex (thanks to the answers to my other question) but when we went to his house i would try to think of other ideas rather than havin sex. I would say somthin like "lets go to the beach" then beg him for half hour, then when he finally gave in he'll say "well get up so we can go" (cause hed always have me sit on his lap so thats why id have to get up first) and then when id try to get up he'd hold on to me and wouldnt let me get up and id really try to get up too but hes way to strong for me and i cant move. then he'd say something like we have to do "somethin"(sex) before we could go
he does this in a joking way more or less but its kinda scary that he does that, and knowing i cant get away if he really did get mad or was drunk one time if i told him i didnt want to have sex that nite is scary
could his "harmless messing around" turn bad

Does anyone actually know what can be done when someone makes false alligations against someone with child protective services? If it is unfounded upon inspection. What laws protect people from vengful acts aginst another?

If your husband or wife went crazy and tried to kill you and your child, could you forgive them, if you knew they were still a good person and didn't really mean to do it? I think ideally you should get a divorce but get help for them too and be there for them, I'm not sure if I would forgive or not, I might be too scared.

He has had a bad drug addiction in the past and to a degree still does. He also found out recently that he has bladder cancer. Could his disenvolvement with me because of that. If I go a couple of days without calling him or going to see him he thinks I dont want to see him. He doesnt drive and lives with his parents. Should I try to t alk to him or just let it go. I have been with him about a year and a half.

My mom's a real big b*tch. I have 4 other little siblings and she keeps telling me that everything's my fault. my siblings are 9,7,4, and 2. i'm 14. she keeps calling me a retard and tells me that i need therapy, and we just moved into a new house. all of my friends think that she's super nice when... she's abusive and mean. she sent me to miller dwan and then took me out a DAY LATER cuz she wanted me back home to do CHORES. i wanted to stay there and was begging her to let me stay, and she went against the doctor's reccommendations (to keep me there) and she's... 33. Ok let me repost this..anyone's opinion will be greatly welcome!! =) I recently started seeing this guy who has now left for iraq this week. We were only able to hang out a few times before he left, but had a really great time and connection. He seemed to be really into me but he didn't call me b4 he left, just texted that he was sorry that he couldn't see me before he left because he was so busy. I have no idea if this guy is interested in continuing to talk to me when he gets over there...since he was kinda distant b4 he left. I know he must have had so much to do and on his mind. Now i am left wondering though...is it normal for a guy in the military to pull away like that or did he just lose interest?

I had a crush on a guy for bout a year(& he knew idid). Ok,so I'm kinda worried about me and my boyfriends relationship because I think that I'm being too much of a friend and not a girlfriend,here are a couple of examples,we play playstation together all the time(games like wrestling,football and shooting games),we watch wrestling together whenever it comes on,we have burping contest,and in the summer time we play football outside with our friends,we even wrestle together sometimes too...and I'm kinda worried that he might find somebody a little bit more romantical or something,I mean I'm very girly (well not really,I kinda used to be a tomboy when I was little so I still have a little roughness in me) but I dress girly and stuff,but that doesn't seem to matter...should I start to be more romantical,like go to resturants w/ candle lit dinner and stuff,and spend quality time together...I don't want to lose him!! Ok so when I got prego I quit smoking.
Then for some reason recently I had a few drags here and there.
Then I went and bought a pack and I've been hiding them.
Any how this morning I forgot to take them out of my purse and sure enough...
My husband came in and said can you explain this.
EEEK
Now he's pretty choked cause he doesn't want me to be a smoker. I don't want to quit though.
What should I do now?
He's still pretty upset and I want to kinda ration with him.
I just don't want him to be mad, but I'm not saying I'm going to stop either.
I am a grown adult, and it's my chose right?

I was supposed to go on a date on friday, he cancelled on that morning and said maybe another day next week.
I can't help but feel let down his excuse was that he is going out!
So i decided to blank him for a few days or at least not get in contact untill he does again me (so im not chasing him) and well he hasn't contacted me! I know he hasn't got credit but he can still call me from his home phone like he has before so what do you think i should do??
