He has had a bad drug addiction in the past and to a degree still does. He also found out recently that he has bladder cancer. Could his disenvolvement with me because of that. If I go a couple of days without calling him or going to see him he thinks I dont want to see him. He doesnt drive and lives with his parents. Should I try to t alk to him or just let it go. I have been with him about a year and a half.

If I do stay away from him do you think he will come back around? I just cant stop calling him and wanting to go see him.

he might have just givin up on life. if he is still on drugs and has just been diagonosed with cancer you cant blame the guy.
what you need to do is be there for him. your the one he needs now most of all.

You should really let go. Its not fair that you have to be involved with all this negativity. And sometimes people need to lose something meaningful to snap out of the bad things. You could be there for him as a friend but move on with your life. Negativity only attracts negativity. Be strong for yourself.

Just let it go .I think he has a mental problem and maybe it is best that you stay away from him what does he have to offer you really anyway . good luck .

Up to you. Sounds like you're more guilty about leaving him than in love with him, tho. That's no reason to stay, IMO.
